Beyond the Mind: Uncovering the Hidden Terrain of the Subconscious

Yelena Mogilev Season 1 Episode 7

Welcome, dear ones. In this episode, I invite you to journey with me beyond the mind—into the rich, layered terrain of the subconscious. This isn’t just a conversation; it’s an exploration of the internal landscapes we often overlook, the parts of ourselves that whisper beneath the surface, shaping how we feel, respond, and show up in the world.

We’ll delve into the nature of consciousness, the fragmentation that can occur through lived experiences and trauma, and how we can begin to reconnect with the parts of ourselves we’ve tucked away. I’ll share personal stories and client experiences to illuminate how our subconscious holds both our deepest wounds and our greatest wisdom.

This episode is an offering—a permission slip—to be exactly as you are. Whether you listen with full attention or let the words wash over you like gentle waves, trust that you’ll receive exactly what you need, in exactly the way you need it.

✨ What’s Inside:

  • A tender, trauma-informed exploration of the subconscious
  • Reflections on internal fragmentation and the path to integration
  • Personal stories on navigating consent, consciousness, and co-creation within the body
  • Gentle invitations to meet yourself with curiosity and compassion

🔮 Featured Deck: The Blind Spot Oracle by Teal Swan
This episode is inspired by and features excerpts from The Blind Spot Oracle by Teal Swan—a deck that offers no-fluff, direct insights designed to uncover what you might not yet see. Unlike traditional oracle cards filled with symbolic imagery, this deck uses sigils and channeled messages to help surface the unseen patterns living within us. One of my go-to tools in my work with my clients and in my personal practice.

A Gentle Note: This episode touches on themes of trauma, fragmentation, and healing. I invite you to listen at your own pace, pausing whenever needed. You are safe & loved and not alone on this journey—I’m right here with you. 💛

Speaker 1:

hello, hello, hello. Dear ones, it's so good to be back in the conversation with you. Has been so much on my mind and alive in my heart, my mind, my world, and I've noticed a few particular things alive for my clients, and these themes, believe, are indicative of a lot of what's happening for so many of us, whether as a right now phenomenon or a historical phenomenon and or, potentially, some of you may be on the cusp precipice of this as a future phenomenon. And so my desire with this conversation, this transmission, if you will, is to share and illuminate some of what you may have already experienced for yourself in your life, maybe are currently experiencing right now in your life and relationships, relationships and or had observed being played out as a construct in some of the relationships in your life. And so, to give you some insight, the theme of this conversation is consciousness, our internal landscape, the internal landscape that is our body-mind, that is our subconscious. And as I was having a conversation with a client this morning, I pulled cards to help us focus and you know, see what is top of mind for her, what are the messages from the universe, and the deck I gravitated towards because it's a pretty no-mess, no-fluff, I guess could be perceived as a tough love conversation. It is the Blind Spot.

Speaker 1:

Oracle Cards deck by TL Swan. It's designed a bit differently, meaning that it doesn't have the contemporary or the traditional art that you may have perceived or seen on any tarot cards or oracle cards. That have their own set of imagery and symbology and so on. Its format is a bit different and I'll explain about this a little bit, but I think it is really important. So this deck was essentially sourced by Teal, ms Swan, in meditation, you know, channeled messages and by creating certain sigils and the meanings from these sigils. And so, as always, there's so many ways to interact with these cards and I'll give this preface because I do use them a bit differently and uniquely to so many others.

Speaker 1:

So for me personally, I don't use these tools of divination. Right is, I guess, the category to foretell or to to foretell or to predict the future? You know, whatever imagery you have from seances or what have you right, that's not necessarily the way that I personally use them. They interact with these tools as a construct for communication, as a vehicle for communication and an access to what's alive in your mind, our subconscious, and as a way to gently pull these things forward and in doing that it allows for a gentle experience right, because you're naturally welcoming whatever wants to bubble up to the surface in your subconscious. Bubble up to the surface in your subconscious. In softening our eyes, we can begin to see a bit of what's liminal, and symbols, images, do that.

Speaker 1:

And for context, one of the things I've learned in my training is that our subconscious, especially our reptilian brain, all the way at the core of us, our reptilian brain, all the way at the core of us, our subconscious, which doesn't have a sense of humor, right, it doesn't understand nuance, but this part of us which is supporting us in survival 24-7, that's its job Doesn't know the difference between a really well thought out, created, constructed visual and or reality. And because that is so, in the work that I do, I do and create very intricate guided visual meditation journeys for my clients, for myself, for you all, you'll experience more of that and a chance to walk through some of through these visual journeys, these symbols and these communication vehicle constructs which are, for me, oracle, more Oracle than Tarotot, but these kind of, you know, cards. And so to land the plane back of why I didn't start this conversation right is one of the things that I'm really really, really seeing and have experienced for myself is, is and pardon me, it's a long pregnant pause is the living essence of our subconscious. So in a moment, I'm going to share and read this transmission from Teal Swan, from this Blindspot Oracle that my client pulled this morning, and my gut instinct was you know, the alarms were blaring as soon as I read it aloud to her that it would really make a difference for you all to interact with this visual that explains consciousness in a really beautiful way and that, my desire is, will help you understand the internal structure of your body-mind in a new way and create a new access to the sensory experience that is your life. So that's the game I would like to play and invite you into in this conversation today.

Speaker 1:

So, without further ado, please, I invite you to interact with what I'm going to read, what I'm going to share in a few ways. One you are welcome to take a moment and earmark this time in the episode. I'll do my best to do that for you and listen to it with full focus, really pulling it towards you, really ingesting it like the most delicious, scrumptious healing meal. Every bite and every morsel is full of infinite, restorative, orgasmically delicious nutrients that, upon ingesting, heals every part of you that it touches. That's one way that you can interact with what I'm about to share and or, to be honest, anything I right. That's one. That's the focused, intentional, really pulling the magic and the offering towards yourself. And part two is you allow yourself to just experience the words as they wash over you like water, like healing water, and every bit of it that is meant to land in your subconscious and really be registered. It will be, I promise you.

Speaker 1:

Similarly to, if I'm doing a guided meditation journey, I have very often the experience that my clients are so relaxed that they just fall asleep. And then they feel so much shame or embarrassment, like, oh my God, oh my God, I missed it, I missed it, I fell asleep. And so I'll say to you what I say to them no, no, no, no, no, my love, you were perfect, your body felt safe such that it could fully rest, and you got exactly what you needed, to the extent that you needed it, and anything that was not meant for you at this time, it didn't register, and that's okay. And when you're ready to listen again and take it and experience it and interact with it and ingest it a bit deeper. It is always there for you, and so I say all this to say that my invitation to you for anything and everything that you'll listen to in this podcast, in this set of conversations that are my daily transmissions, is to trust that you're getting exactly what you need, exactly when you need it, and it's always there for you should you want to explore it further, and that you are doing it perfectly each and every time. This conversation, instead of conversations, is designed as a permission slip To truly be however you are, and be loved and appreciated and seen and witnessed and loved and said love twice. I know I really meant it deeply To be just as you are and to not be as you're not. So, yes, I get that the preamble is a lot today, but I promise you that is by design. Now, okay, time to dive in.

Speaker 1:

So, as Teal Swan so eloquently puts, consciousness itself functions like water, functions like water. If you are looking at a river from above, you can see that a large river often branches off into smaller rivers, and each time this happens, there is less water available to the main river, due to trauma, which occurs in all people's lives with no exception. The question is simply to what degree Our consciousness splits, just like a river does. It splits so that, instead of whole, we are fragmented. It is easier to comprehend this process of splitting that is, fragmentation in terms of how it affects our being by imagining that when our consciousness splits as the result of trauma, our ego splits in two, and it can do this over and over and over again. This means that even though we have one body, within that body we end up with multiple selves. The best way to picture this is to imagine that inside your body you have a collection of Siamese twins. They are technically all conjoined because they all share one body. Each one has its own identity, its own desires, needs, perspective, strengths, weaknesses and appearance. Some of these internal Siamese twins we like and we identify with. Others we dis-identify with. We suppress, deny and disown them.

Speaker 1:

We have good reason for approving of parts of ourselves and rejecting others, but no matter how we spin it, it means that we are polarized. Means that we are polarized. You have experienced this polarization any time that you come to a place where you have to make a decision and part of you says yes while another part of you says no. When we are faced with this situation, we usually begin to play a zero-sum game internally. We make a decision so that the part of us that says yes has won and the part that says no loses. It is as if the part of us that is saying no to something is standing in front of a bulldozer being driven by our other part, so that both parts feel in alignment with the choice being made. The one driving the bulldozer simply runs right over the one protesting. This creates an internal atmosphere of distrust. It is an antagonistic internal atmosphere.

Speaker 1:

The Siamese twins that we tend to bulldoze the most are those that feel fear. We cannot bulldoze our fear without creating more fear. Instead, we need to take loving care of our fear. Take a moment if there's a situation that comes to mind where, historically, maybe you have had this experience or maybe you are in it right now, take these next words as an offering of a new perspective for this situation or these situations. In the situation, you must consider that the part of you that is being bulldozed exists and is currently holding a very important personal truth that you need to look at instead of ignore or minimize. You have important feelings that need to be felt and needs that need to be met, but you are simply bulldozing forward with the idea that you shouldn't feel those things and you shouldn't need those things. If this resonates, you are bulldozing a part of yourself in this scenario. That is why you feel like you are moving forward and doing things in spite of yourself. You would be wise to understand that you cannot do this and feel good or manifest anything good at the same time. In this situation, you need to make sure that you move forward on decisions only after you have achieved a state of alignment between your internal Siamese twins.

Speaker 1:

End of transmission from the Blind Spot Oracle by Tail Swan. Now first, before I add context or share anything more about this, take a breath. Sometimes, when we're really experiencing this kind of information, we kind of hold our breath. So please breathe. I see you, I love you Also, I am you, so take a few breaths. Whew, if you are interacting with this perspective for the first time, this may be a lot. If it is just a reminder as you've heard this before and you're is manifesting in the sessions I'm having with my clients and also how I've experienced it for myself be offering you the truth I will be offering you a truth to interact with, to explore, to pull towards you, to try on like a pair of pants and walk around and keep what works after you've tried it on for a bit and discard the rest. Right, it's always there if you want to try it on again.

Speaker 1:

So it is my experience that these parts of ourselves right that everything is living consciousness. Me, personally, my experience is that everything is made up of the same matter and so everything has aliveness, an essence of aliveness, and whether I have scientific data or not for that, for me that is how I interact with the world, my environment, my body, because everything has living consciousness and, as you heard me, share a set of perspectives and desires and needs and wants, and you know personality, so to speak, consciousness. I personally try to move in the world with kindness and grace and love and politeness, because for me personally, that calibrates the world of my environment to softness. Meaning, if I have the construct that everything is living consciousness, why would I consciously treat anyone or anything poorly? Poorly, because in this construct, we all experience pain or discomfort or tension or disease, or joy or happiness or what have you, and I'm aware that this is like for some of you maybe out there, but if you don't mind, kindly just try this on right. And so what that looks like in the world is for me also, because I specialize and work a lot with consent it looks like before I.

Speaker 1:

I'll give an example that I think we can all relate to. Before I pet in, you know, furry being like a dog, for example, I ask for consent, so I will offer up when, obviously consent, and you know this animal is curious and you know my hand to smell. You know this, this animal is curious, and you know, uh, my hand to smell, for you know, and give it a moment to acclimate, smell, see if I'm safe. You know, choose me powerfully by either, you know, offering up their head for a pet or what have you, um, I do cats, you know all animals right versus, like you know, just rushing my hand towards their face and just petting them vigorously. That's jarring for everybody. I don't care who you are For a baby human, nobody wants that, and that's kind of how I operate in the world, to be aware of that, that we are all living consciousness that also have a right to consent. So now to zoom out of that for a moment.

Speaker 1:

Our internal landscape is the same, right? So these little parts of us that fragment off, that take on different roles in supporting us to survive and function and be in the world, interact, create, be, experience, manifest in different forms. So sometimes they take on the embodiment of our childlike wonder and play and joy, and that is our internal sunshine, the embodiment and expression of our internal childlike essence, essence which is delicious, right? What a great part of us to converse with and to check in and say what would bring me the most joy and wonder. Today, on the polar side of the spectrum, there are parts of us that protect us, right? Because if every part of us has living consciousness, that they take on the pain that we have experienced, the trauma we have experienced, the discord, the disconnect, the hurt, and they hold all of that for us and protect us in their own way, right To the best of their ability and lens and experience and perspective. Right, and that may look like they keep us super small and hidden in. For example, I'll just use this because I'm a woman in baggy clothing, because, god forbid, we embrace our body and our femininity. That is dangerous, that will invite danger, we may be hurt. And because this little part of us who has experienced pain and held all of our pain for us, it will protect us at all costs, and so it will keep us tiny and hidden in order to keep us alive, by technicality, but, yes, alive.

Speaker 1:

I'm going to pause for a moment because for some of you, this may be like what, the actual flying flower, what? Take a breath Also, potentially, take a pause. Whatever you need, you know, have a bio break, have some tea, whatever you need, because this it can feel, as I've shared in the transmission earlier, that we're kind of having a war of worlds. Right, the way that we know this from social media or, sorry, any media construct, not just social media in movies forever, the little devil on the shoulder right of our subconscious and the little angel on the other side of the subconscious right. If you have ever watched almost any part of media, we have seen that right. So this is a well-known construct that you can hopefully relate to.

Speaker 1:

That symbolizes these inner parts of us, right, the like naughty, whispering, all the like rebellious things to us. And then the angel, the good girl, good boy, like no, don't do this, this is not right. Blah, blah, blah. Like the internal moral compass. Don't do this. This is not right. Blah, blah, blah Like the internal moral compass. But it's not just two right. My experience is that there are so many different parts of us, potentially different. It can almost manifest these parts of us as different archetypes within us or different roles that they fulfill in protecting us, supporting us to survive. Now to give you some examples of how this has manifested number one for myself, but number two for a client in a client session. Excuse me, I'll start with the following. So I'll start with my own experience.

Speaker 1:

I had surgery January 23rd of 2024 to resolve a number of breathing issues that I had been dealing with for quite some time Years, to be honest, years, to be honest and my poor beloved was just at some point really fed up of me being miserable as a baseline and lovingly said go see a doctor and sort it out. And so I did, and I brag that I was so taken care of. I truly was guided with my own intuition to a phenomenal ear, nose and throat specialist who then referred me to my surgeon. Both are truly out of this world phenomenal. Dr Tal Cohen of ENG Allergy and Associates is a godsend and my actual, you know surgeon Dr Jason Moshe, in same practice. Eng Allergy and Associates are truly just godsends, but that's just a side note in case anybody has you know any respiratory things and they want really good, highly vetted people. They're the holy grail.

Speaker 1:

So I decided, with the partnership of you know my doctor, that I'm gonna have surgery. And how this relates to this conversation is what I realized, or what intuitively came to me, is that when I'm under anesthesia, technically my rational brain is going to be offline because I'm going to be drugged. I will not be consciously aware of anything that's happening. And I'm bringing in the physicians because we all need to laugh. This is a pretty deep portal. That I'm bringing in the facetiousness because we all need to laugh. This is a pretty deep portal that I'm going into with you today.

Speaker 1:

What I realized is although that is true again, if I have it, the belief and I do that everything is living consciousness, including my body-mind, my subconscious, and my body is living consciousness, then, although a part of me will be asleep, my body, which is living consciousness, will be experiencing being cut into and may potentially be super traumatized by having it cut into without consent. What the actual rudeness. I know this is really deep Most people do not do this before surgery and welcome to how I live my life. So, understanding that, I said, oh, holy shizzle, that no work, right? If I'm actually somebody who's really passionate about consent in all the levels, right, then of course I need to have a conversation with my body, mind, with my body, and get her buy-in, get her consent, get her partnership to not railroad her by being cut into without any say in the matter, right.

Speaker 1:

And so what I did with that is I had a dear friend and a dear colleague hold space for me and take me into a meditative state where I would talk to my body, mind. And when we did that, I said hello, and this part of my subconscious showed up as a little girl and I said to her hey, love, so I'm going to be having surgery tomorrow. Did you know that? And she said in response that, oh, I'd heard you talk about it, but I had no idea how. That anything to do with me. And I said, ok, great, is it OK if we sit down and have some tea and we can talk about it? Now I'm going to pause for a second.

Speaker 1:

Yes, I'm aware that I am interacting with this part of my subconscious, as if I'm sitting and actually talking as a physical person. Yes, you are not imagining things. That is literally what I am doing. I am doing this during a meditative state, when I am held and supported and guided, and very often that's kind of what it looks like, a bit different for each of their own people, but that's how it manifests for me.

Speaker 1:

So, to come back, so the visual I have in my head is that she and I sit down in magic rocking chairs. I don't know. That's kind of felt like the vibe, like a country, western, magical, like I don't know sunny sunshine outside, sitting on a beautiful wraparound porch with rocking chairs and tea. And so we're sitting there in our rocking chairs and having some tea. And I said to her so I've had these issues for a really long time I found someone in me, sang, who's a phenomenal professional, with his wonderful team, to surgically fix these parts of my nose that have literally caved in on itself and that are stopping me from breathing properly. And I'm aware that, although I'll be asleep, this will affect you and I wanted to check in with you if you would be open to being my partner during the surgery tomorrow to help guide the surgeon, to just also be supported, to know what's happening. I really want to make sure that you know what's happening and that you're not blindsided by this experience tomorrow. And so, again, because we're having a conversation, my subconscious says thank you, that's really helpful. That would have felt awful and would have been really painful and disorienting. Mainly, she just, I think, was really grateful because that just was like really sucky, you know. And then we talked and I won't give you the whole, you know, hour-long session, but we talked about how she could be supportive to me during the process and she thanked me for checking in with her, getting her consent, getting her alignment, and gave me her word that, although part of me would be checked out and, unconscious, that she would be there online and supporting. And I'll add a little bit, because I think, while I'm already on this topic, I might as well kind of close out the conversation for you. So we completed the meditation.

Speaker 1:

Oh, before I did that, before I completed it, I asked her, if you know, if she had any messages or anything she needed for me to make sure that I was taking care of my body during the surgery, during recovery, and she had, you know, some messages for me. And then I actually went a bit further and I won't go into super detail here, but I'll give you some idea of the deeper work that can be done. As I talked to my nose and my adenoids, or the parts of me that were going to have some, you know, be cut into, and I asked those parts of me if they had any messages for me or anything that was important to share before they would be cut into or rearranged or what have you. And so they shared their messages and that was really beautiful and a whole healing experience. And they gave their consent and then we completed the journey, know, then we completed the journey. So that's the process.

Speaker 1:

And then so the next day, when I am in the consultation with the surgeon prior to really going under, you know we're talking and he's checking in and you know giving me some options, meaning, you know, for for the nasal reconstruction that I needed, he wanted to know if I wanted. So, also for those of you that are trigger warning, take a moment to pause. I'm not going to get super graphic, but just if that's not your thing, just pause. You know, skip along for 30 seconds. Or a minute puzzle, you know, skip along for 30 seconds or a minute. He asked me if I wanted a closed incision or an open incision. Gave me some pros, cons, both, because I needed reconstruction. My nose had collapsed on itself in certain parts. I, you know, advised, you know.

Speaker 1:

I went for the open incision and he asked me when he was going to be sewing me up. Um, how you know how far? You know, whatever did he? I might as well just say this whatever, if you're listening, you're a part of the ride. It is what it is Right. So he asked me if he wanted me to like lift the tip a little bit. If he wanted me, yeah. If I wanted him to lift the tip a little bit. If he wanted me, yeah, if I wanted him to lift the tip a little bit and went to like how much right.

Speaker 1:

And I said to him something that I'm really proud of. I said you're really good at what you do. I trust you, and what I would like to ask you to be on the lookout for is my body will tell you, my body will tell you when it's enough, you'll know. And so please just look out for that. And this consummate, kind, beautiful professional who's been doing this, who's done this thousands of times, said to me, been doing this, he's done this thousands of times. Said to me, wow, never heard that before and thank you. That's really helpful, right, because he's such a tactile like the work that he does is so tactile that he knew exactly what I meant. And yet the fact that I was so aware and so inviting him into a co-creation with my body was remarkable for him, and he said that he wished he had more patients like that. So, first of all, for those of you that have been here on this long journey, I hope you really are getting a lot out of it.

Speaker 1:

I'm sharing really deep things and sharing it so openly because I want to normalize these conversations, this level of consciousness and depth and co-creation with our bodies, the physical and the body-mind. That is one of the other big breakdowns I see in the work with my clients and my own work, right, when we are not co-creating with our body, when we are, when we are not co-creating with our body, when we are bulldozing past through over and very often manifest as sickness or disease. And so, as someone who believes in both the metaphysical and science because I do I think they're all connected. So I do want to make that very, very clear and I'm inviting you into a particular inquiry around really trying this on as a mental exercise and seeing where and how it applies for yourself and your life. And yes, I'm also aware to call a spade a spade, that I am doing things very differently and you may have never heard this before. So try it on, keep it works, leave the rest. Now to come back, so that's what's happened to me and my experience in my body to share from a personal as lived experience. Now, because these parts of us right take on different things for us or living consciousness.

Speaker 1:

I have had experiences where one time I had a client who had really lived through some really tough things. And take a moment, trigger warning, talk of abuse, nothing graphic, glazing over broad strokes, but just if this is your lived experience, if you want to take a pause, you're welcome to do that and thank you so much for taking great care of yourself. You can skip over a few minutes and catch up whenever it feels good or just stop the episode here entirely, totally perfect. I love you. So I had a client that had experienced some abuse as a child and experienced some sexual abuse. It ran in her family and all the women in her family. And so when she and I were in a session, one of these internal siamese twins, these fragmented living consciousness pieces, was a little girl manifested as a, showed itself in the meditative landscape, uh, internal environment, as a little girl that was in appearance, very dirty, really dark and moody and angry and full of rage and just like, if you can imagine, a being that's the embodiment of pain. That was her. She had taken on and absorbed all of it to protect my client, so that this part, these tender, painful moments, were not everywhere kind of in my client's experience day to day, right, it kind of all centralized into this pocket of space within her, into this little being that was protecting her right, had taken on the role to protect her from it ever happening again, which these parts of us do. I have that myself and I'll share that story in its own time to not make this a seven-hour episode.

Speaker 1:

So I had said hello to this part, I introduced myself and we asked if it had any messages for my client. First, actually, we asked if it was willing to talk to us and it took a moment right where I just held space and, just you know, told it it doesn't have to do anything, it doesn't want to. You just want to say hello and let it know that we're here, thing. It doesn't want to. You just want to say hello and let it know that we're here and we're listening. We are ready and willing to listen. Should it want to connect and to give you some insight into what ensued, is this part proceeded to then curse me out For and everything it's ever wanted to say or rage about or what have you speak its peace Probably for about an hour and a half, a really, really long time, and I just you know because again on my end, I am grounded, I am safe, I'm very clear that this is not a personal attack at me Like I'm just witnessing what it's needed to be witnessed, to speak into existence, to be heard, for I don't know how many years 10, 20, 30.

Speaker 1:

Right A really, really, really, really long time it's been holding and it just finally felt safe enough to say all the things. And so all I kept doing this entire time was saying Thank you so much, thank you so much for sharing this, so grateful for you, and I'm here and I'm listening. Is there anything else. And so I'm just holding the space with love and care and devotion for this space, this little being, this energy, this fragmented part of my client, to fully just express all of it, without making it wrong, without shaming it or gaslighting it or trying to fix it or redirect it or change it Nope, redirect it or change it Nope. It was having the experience that it had and it was valid and when it felt complete to the extent that it did, or just done and exhausted for that session. It's a long session. Uh, also for context, most of my sessions are always 90 minutes to two hours, because we go into deep spaces and I need to bring people back, land, integrate, soften, to make sure that they are integrated and set up powerfully before they transition out of our container of recession and continue out into their day. It is crucial and makes a world of difference and allows people to work through things really, really deep, gently, but quickly, with velocity.

Speaker 1:

So, to come back back, so she had settled the things and then, when she was done and I asked you know, I thanked her again I offered her in the subconscious space, a, um, I think I offered a soft place for her to sit, like a soft chair, one of those like fluffy, kind of like poofs that you can just like, or beanbag type chairs where you can just like, melt and just rest. And so it liked that and sat there and felt good and felt better and then still had things to say. And then I said, okay, you know, I'm here, I'm listening, is there anything else? And it said until at some point she reached a stop and visually my client shared that she had just like huffed, it was like huh, and then all through this process she kept becoming lighter.

Speaker 1:

So, from being covered in dark tar at the beginning of this conversation and expressing all the things that have always needed to be said from the subconscious standpoint, was now lighter to the point where now this internal part of her was not fully right but like 10x lighter and cleaner and more at ease than it was at the beginning of that journey. And so I offered it, you know, invited my client to send visuals of a teddy bear or ice cream or some just like kind, loving offerings to say thank you so much for that generosity of sharing all these things that had been lingering, festering, fermenting, rotting in her subconscious and offering them up to no longer have to hold all that pain on her own and my client herself, you know we thanked this being said, thank you, said it's complete for now thanked it and we slowly came out of the meditation and I checked in, helped my client ground all of that stuff and she shared that previously, when this part had started to make itself known and want to share, the practitioners had been really traumatized by the intensity of this part of her and so it's been really hard for her to clear it, hard for her to clear it because they just were not available for that. And I'm really honored and grateful that I was able to hold the space for that, because my client reported that it truly shifted something profound in her and she felt lighter than she's ever felt in her entire life and has since this session was about two years ago. It has completely changed her experience of her life in the most profound, beautiful ways, and so these are two really really distinctly different versions that I have of our subconscious, these internal pieces of us, these living consciousness pieces within us that I have shared with you today and and I share all this from a place of number one, trusting that you can hear these things that you will do with it what you will the highest potential of yourself in your power, as your highest expression of your magic, your joy, your truth, your personality, your exquisite nature, exquisite nature. I am being really generous with these internal glimpses into what this work looks like and the freedom that is possible, because it is really deep work.

Speaker 1:

Our internal landscape, our conscious, our unconscious mind, is exquisite and multifaceted and nuanced and more sensitive very often than we let on or are aware of, and my deep desire is to have you interact with your body, with your body, mind, newly, at the minimum, to create a partnership with it such that you listen to its cues in a new, fresh, more connected way. What that may look like is if something in your gut says something is off and not to do it, you just take pause and just listen deeper or kind of start unpacking what's there. Why does this possibility have some resistance, right? Why is there a wall or a barrier? Why is this so cumbersome or problematic or intense? Why is this not flowing with ease? And where does your energy flow with ease? Where and who in your life does your body feel around? Or with Soft, safe, held? And if it doesn't, again, nothing wrong, you know, interacting with your body, from the relationship and the curiosity of like, what does it need to feel? That softness, that ease, that strength and power, an alignment really present.

Speaker 1:

This was a deep one, friends, welcome to my world. Together we will laugh, together we will go to very deep places. Clearly, I will not hold back, I will not sugarcoat, and I will always, always, always, speak to you as the highest potential of you are, because that is who you are, and and sometimes we forget. We forget that we are ninja, warrior, badass, gods or goddesses, or however the lingo goes for you, that we are powerful beyond measure. We forget Because those parts of us are protecting us by keeping us small, parts of us are protecting us by keeping us small. And so I'm here to remind you, to reclaim what is always yours, period, that you are powerful beyond measure.

Speaker 1:

And sometimes you forget. And when you forget, like you know, in meditation with the monkey mind, you jump over here and get a banana, that's okay. You know, in meditation with the monkey mind, you jump over here and get a banana, that's okay. You just come back as many times as it takes. You just come back to the remembrance of who you already are, which is powerful beyond measure, and you are co-creating this life with yourself, your body, your body-mind, others, people that you have relationships with people, that you meet people out in the world and, if you believe it, with a higher power, with the universe, and so do with that what you will, and I hope with every fiber of my being that you pull some magic from this conversation today.

Speaker 1:

You pull some magic from this conversation today, and I want to remind you that whatever you got is perfect. Whatever you didn't is also perfect, and it's always here for you if and when you are ready. Know that I love you. I am so honored that you choose to spend this time with me in this conversation or these conversations. I do not take it lightly and I appreciate you and, as always, I'm here to remind you to stay delicious, because you already are my love. Until next time, ciao.
