Aziza’s story: From stray to soul teacher
Ahhhh! I’m so excited to share this special session with Johanna Bloom, a gifted animal communicator. She’s generously letting me share the raw recording with you, because we both feel there’s something in Aziza’s story that might move you, too. :)
This episode is all about the mysterious little green eyed cat who ran into my life back in March. What unfolds is SO much more than just her backstory ... it’s a journey through past lives, soul contracts, and the innate wisdom our animals carry.
If you’ve ever felt like your pet sees something more, this conversation might open a doorway for you, too! 😻
Magical topics:
- How the eyes of an animal can hold portals into past lives and deeper soul recognition.
- The surprising ways animals may choose their humans.
- Why past-life memories of war, survival, and scarcity can echo into present-day patterns — and how animals help us heal them.
- How two strong animal energies in the same household can clash ... and also balance each other.
- The deeper symbolic meaning behind Aziza’s unique features (like her extra toes).
- How animals carry (and sometimes transmute) ancestral or past-life imprints, including allergies and health patterns.
- Why silence and observation are sacred tools, and how a cat’s way of seeing offers us a pathway back to presence.
- What it means to be the “hearth of the home” and how animals mirror our relationship with nourishment, abundance, and self-trust.

Hello, Hello! Oh my gosh, I had such a brilliant idea. I'm gonna pat myself on the back right now. Hey, hey. Um, I have so many things I wanna share with you specifically what I've been learning about time and how to move beyond it, which is really interesting. And, um, oh, there's so many things, but I had this idea to.
Showcase a session that I had with Johanna yesterday, so I have had two sessions with her. Mind you, if you're new here. Hey, welcome. Hello. I have five animals. I have five. Okay. Um, good God. My home is very full of love and hair. Okay. But I came across Johanna on TikTok and I just felt into her vibe and I loved what she had to share.
And some of the messages she's had in sessions moved me, made me pause and think about my own life. It opened my eyes or made me tear up or made me cackle, uh, just. Wonderful things came through her TikTok, which I will link in the show notes. Uh, I have had two sessions with her. One focused first on my two dogs because, uh, one has health.
He like health issues. And so I wanted to see if we could find out anything that a vet couldn't find. Because you know, when you go to the vet, at least for us, every time we were going it is like six to $700 a pop and they weren't fixing the problem. So I was like, listen, I cannot, I came doing this and this way.
So I had a session with Johanna and she blew my mind. And I recorded the notes section of that. So what came through, and I will link that in the show notes because one of the cool things, my German Shepherd, CUDA, he actually taught me how to manifest money, which was really interesting. Like I just loved it.
So I, I was like, Johanna, you are so talented. I want to have you meet two out of my three cats. So she sat down with Knox and Fern and. Really cool, interesting information came through there about, you know, some of the gifts that our cats have and, and stuff like that, and how to make their life more enriching.
Um, so if you have kitties, that might be your vibe and I will link that in the show notes. And then I had this thought, I was like, man, I. You know, what'd be so cool is if she was on my other podcast, which is the Free Your Heart podcast, which is where I mainly have guests right now because it's really fun to amplify other people's gifts who I have specifically worked with and trust.
Um, so I will also link her episode because it was really cool. She had shared messages from other sessions that she's had with people that moved her. She shared messages from wild animals. She's connected with like an eagle and an or. Which was like, what? So I will link that. And then I had a session with her yesterday for my third cat who was a stray, and she.
She just walked into my life in March, basically. And so I want, I had like questions around was she originally a stray and why did she run up to Nikolai? Why did she choose him? Why did she choose to be a poly dactyl in their, in, in her life? Uh. What was her original name? Because it was interesting when I had my session with Johanna focused on Fern, who we rec rescued words.
My words are like all flubbery right now. I have no idea what's happening. Uh, I found out that Fern's original name from his mom was Hope, and it's because she was a stray and she wanted a better life for him, and that moved me. So I asked about Aziza and her original name. I asked what is her role in our family.
I asked if she's happy, if there's anything we can do to make her life more enriching, obviously. Um, her and Knox, my 20 pound lynx point, maincoon kitty, they don't get along. Like really at all. And we've had her since March and now it's August. Not that everyone has to get along, but you know, it's more fun when, when the vibe is in harmony.
So I asked about that and asked how we can shift their dynamic. And then I asked, what is a soul lesson that Aziza chose to experience with us in this lifetime? I asked, um, if she could gift us one piece of wisdom to carry in our human life, what would that be? And um. What is a magical soul, soul gift she has.
See my words, what is happening. And then finally, I asked her if she could initiate us into a feline mystery school. What would the first teaching be? And it was really, really, really interesting, the information that came through from Johanna because it, it's vivid and it's deep and it's wise, and it hits me like truth.
So. I asked Johanna if I could just share the raw file of our session together, and she was like elated about it. So, uh, I'm going to preface this by saying sometimes I get really excited with her and I like some talk over her a little bit. Or you can hear me like quietly say things in the microphone because I'm processing.
Um, and I, I don't know, like. It just feels kind of vulnerable to open something up like this. But I mean, you're here because you wanna be here and you're choosing to listen to me, and you know that vulnerability is the jam, especially when it's an intimate setting like this. So I hope that you like this.
I hope you find it interesting, and I hope that if this stirs something in you to connect with your animal friends, your pets. Like, I so recommend Johanna. She's, she's literally so magical and her heart is so pure. You can feel it in the stories that she shares and in the messages that come through on her content.
And actually, it's really cool because right now she, she's sharing the story of the wild Mustang that she had a dream about on TikTok and I think on Instagram too. And she's sharing about how this Mustang came through in a dream. And then, uh, she got a message, I think from one of her friends that there was this horse auction happening.
And if you listen to my podcast, my other one, you'll, you know already that when she was 11, her parents gifted her with a horse. Like a wild horse and it basically rode her all across, you know, Colorado and things like that. And so, and she actually was a horse trainer for a really, really long time. And then she became a tattoo artist, and now she's followed her heart and really gotten into animal communication in a way that's just profound.
She's so gifted. But on TikTok and Instagram, she's sharing about. This horse who she knew was hers because it visited her in a dream and then she won at the auction and brought this horse home. And this horse has like a wound and is wild, right? Has never been in a pen, all that stuff. And so she's sharing through her lived experience, the things she hears from her horse and the messages she's receiving, and how that dynamic happens when you bring in a being who is completely wild.
Into now, like a domesticated lifestyle and some of the challenges they're running into, and I, I just think it's really beautiful. I took us on a little tangent, but I just love her truly. I love her so much. So, um, if you do feel called to working with her and like if it ever comes up, can you just say that you heard about her from me?
I don't receive anything other than the pure joy of knowing that someone that I really cherish and respect and adore. Um. Like her work was shared through me because, you know, like I really care about small businesses and I care about healers and, um, magical people who are doing things that are changing the world for the better.
And so if you, you know, say that I sent her. Your way. Like that just means so much to me. And also it shows Johanna, just like the type of people who are in my sphere, who, and I can say this with full, like I know this, the people who are around me are wonderful human beings with huge hearts. And they're curious and they're compassionate and they're loving and they're kind and they're generous.
And um, they do things for fun, you know? So it's just, it's great to know that that happens. Okay, so I am going to, uh, shift now into the session and I hope you love it. I hope you get one piece of something that stirs something in your soul or it makes you smile or, you know, whatever it is. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did.
Thank you for being with me.
All right. You ready to jump in with Aziza? Yeah, let's do it. She's showing me her beautiful eyes. She's telling me that they are like a forest. Are they green? Super green. Oh, that makes sense. It's not just the color though. She's showing me the like depth to it.
I heard fractals and the way. Something about the shape is like leaves. I saw maple leaves. Yeah. It's crazy because she has these really bright green eyes and then at the center there's this blue ring right by her iris and you know, it changes depending on the light, but I'm like, what my God? She like, her eyes were the thing that got me.
Oh, that's cool. I just got chills. She says that was intentional, but like. There was something about you looking right into her soul through her eyes, and she was like, yep, that's the one she sees me. Oh, yes. Um, because I was gonna ask you, it's interesting because she, I happened to be in my room and I saw a bolt of brown run by.
Mm-hmm. And I was like, oh God. Because, you know, we have four animals and um, I was gonna ask. Was she originally a stray or was she someone's
Uh, no. On stray. Were you someone's pet? Uh, yes on pet. And I saw a purple collar. Okay. Uh, not la not long. It didn't last long. She showing me tiny kitten aziza with little stripes, just like a little tiger kitten. In a house, there's like trim and tile and a door, and she's very attracted to what's outside the door.
Okay. And people are always shutting her in. Like, don't go out there. Don't go out there. And she's showing me one day, she like burst free, like running across the lawn. Come back and she just is ignoring. So it sounds like she maybe chose the stray life for a while. This feels pretty young. The body type she was showing me was like lanky, teen, kind of.
Totally. Is that when you guys found her? Yeah. Uh, lanky. And she was starving. Like, I've never seen a cat so thin in my life. Oh yeah. And she, um. Well, I was gonna also wonder because it was like she ran out and I was like, Nikolai there, there's a cat outside, like a stray cat. And then she walked literally right up to Nikolai and I was gonna ask why she chose him, if she wanted to live that free life, you know?
Yeah. Energy signature.
I don't quite understand these visuals. Um, like flames on top of his head. Blue color, blue aura. Oh, she might've been attracted to his aura. Let me just ask her. Can you see aura's? Aziza? Sometimes? Some people, I guess you can see his aura. Okay, and let me ask what the little free period was about.
I heard failed independence. This feeling like I can do it on my own and then like I can't do it on my own. Okay, great.
Uh, she says thank you. She's showing me like liquid food. Did you feed her a liquid food? We tried, yeah. Like um, wet food. Mm-hmm. Yep. She's showing me filling out. Like belly expanding and it, it, there was something about finding you, like the family she was with was not a fit. Like that was not where she was supposed to stay.
And there were conversations, she didn't feel stable. There, there were conversations about like rehoming and moving around, maybe moving out of the house. Hmm. She was like, I'm not getting stuck here. That's fair. Well now she wants like nothing to do with being outside, which is great. You know, she got it out of her system.
Yeah. Um, I was gonna ask you, uh, much like when I asked what Fern what, what his original name was. Do you know what her original name was? Yeah. Aziza. Can you tell us what your mother named you? It has to do with her eyes. Forest of stars. I love that. And the visual was like, it looks like maple trees, like spiky leaves, and then really brilliant stars through them.
Not just distant stars, but like orbs of light, like a magical forest. Oh yes. Is she okay with her name? Now let me ask, what do you think of your name now? Aziza. She's like, it's zesty. She feels it like it's kind of rebellious. Does it have a rebellious meaning? We chose it because the moment I looked into her eyes, I was like, I feel like I've seen you before in another time.
And so Aziza means like beloved and noble and regal. But I chose the Z 'cause I liked how it sounded cute. She likes the Z. It was the the Z sound that stood out, zesty. Mm-hmm. Like bees. Bees are, yeah, bees are sharp. We were gonna call her, uh, ZZ for short, uh, but we're like cute. All of it sounds good. Um, can I ask like, so every night she actually lays with Nikolai, she never leaves his side and I feel like there's something there.
She's bringing me back to the aura image, like seeing him like there's a blue shield around him. He is protected energetically, and she was like, I want some of that, but also she can contribute to it. I just got Warrior past life vibes. Did you guys have a warrior past life? Something about the shields and the protection?
Yeah. Now I'm getting images of spears and clanging. Uh, it looked like a gladiator helmet. It had the red fringe on top like a Trojan helmet. Did you guys have a past life? Yes. All you three had a past life in that time period. Maybe multiple.
There's something like, you are very familiar with that energy, with that time with being at war. Ooh, goosebumps. This is gonna be interesting. She says there's something you're working through right now as a family about not being in. She's calling it like a war mentality, but it's not just like going out and fighting kind of thing.
It's like what happens to the people at home when the country is at war and the people at home are like storing things and building bunkers and basements and hiding and living really small. Ooh, she just showed me you guys breaking out of that like it's a mold. I literally went down a slight rabbit hole and started stockpiling and like doing things out of fear and getting like life straws and all of that stuff.
And then I was like, that's not the vibe we want though. I've done that too. She says That's valid. Like that's coming from an actual past experience where there was a war. She's showing me flooding. Something about a blocked river and trying to flood people out of their homes. She just showed me like a person crouching on a chair and like a, a flooded room and like living in that, like living in flooded conditions, trying to keep the food dry.
Like how do you even keep a fire going? I've never seen that before. That's really interesting. Yeah. Uh, let me just ask, were you guys a family unit then? Someone was a parent child dynamic. Let me ask if she was a cat. Were you a cat? No. Who were you in that life? The image was a snake actually.
I think this is a pet snake could have started as a wild snake and then just kind of like hung out in the basement with the family.
And the feeling that she had towards you guys was like, oh, these poor people, like they don't know how to live in the dark. They don't know how to live in a cave. She would come and provide like energetic support and knowledge. Trying to translate it for a mammal was hard. She was like, it was hard to teach you guys like how to do a snake lifestyle as people.
She says, that's why I'm a cat this time. Like that was hard, that that species gap was too big. But she got really attached to you guys. She's showing me you got out like perseverance and kind of light at the end of the tunnel. Flooding went down, someone broke the dam. Someone like destroyed the dam that was made to flood you out.
She's showing me the outskirts of the city. Like the, kind of like the, the poorer suburbs were more affected by this. There was one place in particular, mold, uh, coughing, lung problems. Does anybody have allergies in this lifetime? Yeah. Uh, Tika is allergic to grass. Oh, interesting. The dog. Um, and I, I think Nikolai does too, but more like it impacts his gut.
Okay. That makes sense. She was talking about a mold allergy that, and it, like, she showed me a stamp and I was wondering if it like impacted later lifetimes. Let me ask about Tika. Was Tika there? Something about he takes it on, he might take on some of that energy.
Okay. I think that's the majority of what she wants you to know about that. But you're overcoming,
uh, there's an impression about you guys in that lifetime trying to recover. And the PTSD, like the anxiety and the like chronic lung problems from living in mold and the like aversion to wet and like wet, wet areas, swamps wanting to move up a mountain, something about like higher ground. You might have relocated.
And there's this energy of like, keep on the move. Like we have to keep on the move, like it's gonna catch up. Mm-hmm. I think you're, you might be releasing that. Yes. Does that, does that resonate? Totally. The energy of trying to release that constant moving forward and the pressure to keep going, I can totally see that.
Especially leaving corporate, you know, that's all you do. It's like, yeah, if you don't slow down, you screw yourself over in the future. So yeah, I totally hear you. Thank you for that. Yeah, that makes sense. That's very intense. I know. I feel that. Uh, she just showed me an image of her as a snake and like her tail dangling out of someone's backpack.
So I think wherever you guys moved to, like she came to like the snake is coming to like of the snake and now she's here traveling into this lifetime with us. Mm-hmm. We're so grateful. Yeah. Um, Aziza is polyol. Oh, that's cool. Is there a reason why she chose that in this lifetime? Why do you have extra toes Aziza climbing?
Oh, um, does she have extra toes on her back? Feet? Mm-hmm. She's showing me climbing a tree, specifically the back feet, like latching and having an extra little grip. Why did you wanna climb trees? Higher ground. Get up to higher ground. That makes sense. Yeah. Um, she's calling it like a safety blanket. Like it was just a little extra feature that made her feel safe.
And it was cool. And she knew that. She knew that you guys would recognize that as unusual. It's like she has mittens. It's crazy. Ooh, yeah. That's very cool. That's all through there. Yeah. Cool. Um, so her and our big boy, Knox, the one who wants to be feral and has this attitude that's out of this world, her and him do not get along at all.
Oh. And even when we try to like run his energy out and all of that stuff, he's still a little ass. And I was wondering if she would have some insight on how we can make that a easier connection. Yeah. The first thing that's coming through is heartburn and energetic rivalry. I'm not sure if those are related or if I should take them one at a time.
Let me focus on the energetic rivalry.
She's saying they both have big energy and they both kind of wanna be like the leader, like the spiritual leader of the family. I think they both do actually and in some ways they compliment, but it's that kind of thing where you have two big personalities and there's just clash because they're both dominant.
Let me ask what, what kind of leadership this is how they're trying to guide the family? The is knocks your links. Lys Kat? Yep. Okay. I saw his ear tuffs. He might be here a little bit. I think he's gonna explain his energy
very feral. Which lines up? I think that's what he said last time. Very like restoration of the natural world, like reminding you of your humanity and what that originally looked like. Before we were like programmed by capitalism. That's something really important that he brings, like keep everyone on their toes, keep everybody wild and Aziza.
She keeps showing me colors very colorful. It's not like she's opposed to that
higher ground, but there is a feeling like we need to be strategic and we need to move up like with a purpose. We can't just be wild and crazy all the time. She's like, that's not gonna get us anywhere. Like, yeah, that energy is healing, but like, we need to move a direction.
She just showed me two planets and like gravitational force in between them and that they, they actually do have a sort of balance like managing to find the middle ground if there is a middle ground between those two things. Are those two things combined can move you guys in a specific direction.
But yeah, those two concepts I heard at odds and they are kind of at odds. She's like, he's all about the chaotic good and she's about strategy. She showed me the gladiator helmet again.
I'm also seeing fight scenes again. I wonder if there was another lifetime or another part of that life that was actual fighting. Physical fighting. Yes. I got yes, because they battle. Yeah, so I get it. That makes sense. Let me ask what we can do, like how I understand that that seems pretty paradoxical.
What do we, how do we fix it?
She's like, I don't know.
Knox is coming in. Let me ask if he knows.
Okay. He's kind of conceding. I could do a better job letting you take the reign sometimes. He says, you've earned it. Aziza more recent in the family than Knox. Mm-hmm. Oh, that makes sense. He felt like she had to prove herself
right. Of passage. Yeah. He, he is giving me an impression of drawing his energy in a little bit so that hers can have space.
Oh, he's telling her what you bring to the family is beautiful and he's seen that it's helpful. He's talking about jobs and mindset shifts.
This is interesting. He's talking about his. Draw primal energy as basic creation fuel and her strategic draw as channeling it in a direction. And he's seeing that they can go together, like you can create, you can have the creative energy and then move it in a direction.
That's pretty cool. So it sounds like NOx might come around a little bit on this. Okay. He just gave me like a little, a little hand signal, like scout's honor. It's like, oh, my honor. Okay. Thank you. Yeah. Can we go to the Quantum? Sure. Let's go to the Quantum. If, um, what is a magical soul gift that Aziza has?
Ooh. Immediate eyes. Yeah. Her, I see auras sometimes. Important ones. The concept is when it's, when it's important or relevant to her, she'll see the aura. Oh, and that's a gift too, like being able to be selective. It cuts out a lot of noise for her. She's not just overwhelmed by cool energy stuff all the time.
It'll only cut her attention if it's important to her purpose that she's going back to the strategy thing. She's strategic without having to mentally think about it. It's like her way of existing is strategic. That's cool. I actually really feel that because to me there's like a softness to her energy and she's always like napping or resting, but when she's like there, she's there and she's like in your face and she's like, pay attention to me.
I am here. And I'm like, okay. Right. Yes ma'am. Yeah. Um, if she could gift us with one piece of wisdom to carry in our human life, what would that be?
Image of a fireplace. This came back, this came through last time. Yep. You are the hearth of the home. Feed yourself, and she's showing me feeding yourself logs like you're a little caler, like you're a little fire, and you need to feed yourself fuel. Let me ask what this means. Is this enjoyment, feed yourself on enjoyment.
Hmm
Uh, don't deny yourself. I think this is for your partner too.
Um, tr show me a thought coming in when a new thought comes in, pay attention to, you might have an impulse to deny it or reject it, like, oh, that's too fancy. Or like, oh, I couldn't do that right now. She says, some of your thoughts aren't even making it to the fully conscious place because of that defense mechanism.
It's like, let the thoughts come in, let the desires come in. All you have to do is bounce around in your head for a while and then they're real quote. Yeah. I really feel that. I absolutely do that. I like shove it out immediately and I'm like, that can't be done right now. Why would we even, what is that?
Okay. That's amazing. Thank you. Oh, welcome. She says that's a survival mode thing you'll know. Or like the path out of survival mode is to override that instinct. Because an abundant person doesn't have to do that. They don't have limited energy and limited resources to work with all the time. So if something new comes in, it's like, oh, we can be curious about this.
That's an abundance mindset.
They cool. Oh, these cats, man. Oh my God. Um. What is a soul lesson that Aziza chose to experience in this lifetime? Um, the first thing that came through was medical issues, and she showed me being very skinny. Did she have medical issues when she first came to you? She did. We actually thought she was pregnant, but, and like all the vets were cheering and we were like, no.
This is a strange cat. Yeah. And then she had some sort of blockage in her stomach and then she like it came out, but we were real scared. Yeah. This might be a warning. I heard more of that. There might be more of that kind of thing. And it doesn't mean you did anything wrong. It's something she came to experience.
Something about veterinary care, the limits of veterinary care. Showing the two of you, your intuition. Also like helping her through medical things, using veterinary knowledge, but not relying only on that, like also using intuition and alternative healing.
Okay. Let me ask if she can tell us, can you give us a heads up, like what kind of medical issues these might be? Stomach.
I wonder if she's talking about the thing she coughed up. 'cause I got an image of something that was compressed, like a little stone or a hairball. Did she ever swallow a sock? Did she ever chew on socks? She doesn't chew on them, but we couldn't figure out what it was because what came out was like super hard and edgy and black.
Oh, weird. Let me ask her what it was. The first word was tar. Why was there tar in your system?
Asphalt? Were you eating asphalt?
I got an image of like actual asphalt tar. I don't know why she would've been eating that. Maybe if she was hungry enough. I'm also trying to figure out if it was, I'm. Some kind of supernatural thing. Nope. I keep getting images of actual asphalt. Alright, great. Great. Is there, um, anything that I could do to make her life more enriching with us since she's no longer an outdoor kitty?
Um. She says, this is a very sweet question, like you don't understand how much you've already given her. Like the sense of relief, the sense of like, oh my gosh, I don't have to figure out how to survive in this world. Something about, it's not the same as I remembered, or that's not the same as I thought. I guess she did have survival instincts, but they weren't for this version of the world.
More forest cat kind of vibes. Hmm.
Yeah, she's very thankful. She's very relieved that you guys take care of things for her, like medical bills and when she needs to go to the vet
and food. Oh my God. She wants to talk about her food. Does she eat dry food right now? Yep. But they're like kitten 'cause she's still under, we think a year to a year and a half, but. She's such a scavenger man because one day we'll wake up and our whole loaf of bread is out in the hallway with bite marks, or every time it's time for breakfast or dinner, she's literally screaming at you and being like, God.
And I'm like, we have not never fed you. What are you doing? Uh, she said she does like her food. She likes the fats and lipids.
Fun. I think the scavenging might be fun. That might be like a mental, like a game. Uh, she's showing me broth. I heard chicken broth on the food. She might like some broth on her food. Um, also fish oil, krill oil, cod liver oil. She's talking about replacing nutrients like joint tissue. She just showed me like the fluid between a joint creaky.
Her joints might be a little creaky. Okay. But yeah, she does like her food overall. Okay, good. Because she'll eat there, she'll eat her, she'll eat someone else's. She's out here eating everyone's food. And I was like, girl, what? The first day we brought her back, Johanna, I got a sandwich from our deli and she literally walked up, sat on my desk and took her hand and just started padding the bread.
And I was like, is this gonna be my life? Now? What have we done? You know? But thank, she's silly. She's silly. Thank you for this. I appreciate you. Yeah. Do you wanna ask one more question? Yes. Okay. This is, uh, this might be a little bigger question, but also you're very fast and precise. Yes. If she could initiate you and I into a feline mystery school, what would the first lesson be?
Ooh, that's a really cool question. She just showed me like a cat with a witch hat.
Observe how to observe. And in order to be observant, you have to know how to sit in silence. You have to be comfortable with like doing nothing. Humans have lost this because of your constant need for stimulation.
Okay. Yeah. She's saying there actually is stimulation all around all the time. You're just tuned out of it because you're so used to getting it from your technology. She's not saying technology is bad. She's saying like, you guys, there's useful things. There's useful connections. That's how humans operate.
That's where your network is. But sit in silence, like. Do you know what soft focus is like when you're looking at something, but you're not only concentrating on that thing, like opening up the senses kind of thing? She's like, you guys would be amazed at what you start observing. I heard advice is sit in silence.
I heard five minutes a day, like something very small at first because. Interesting. You don't wanna train your brain to be busy or to like override or to dissociate during that time. You wanna be like present with the silence. You want it to be peaceful. So she says, however that looks. You can put music in the background.
You can be in a bath, but just let your. She's calling it the front part of your brain, like the, the brain that your eyes control. Let that part take a back seat. Okay. And observe, because that's what cats have as a superpower, is like the ability to observe Johanna. That's so cool. And I have been like wrestling with that because my brain is so.
I'm gonna do that. I have a question for you. Sure. Um, I have a secret podcast called Insightful with Mondor. You have a secret podcast? Yeah. Cool. It's totally unedited. That's why I have it. And it's where I talk about like the gritty, raw stuff. But I was wondering, um, is it okay if I take this session and then upload it there and, um.
Obviously I'll tag you in it, but I don't really share this podcast with people. It's like the people who know and like really, really get me. Would you be open with that? And if it's in Yeah. Oh yes. Okay. I would love that. Yeah. Share it. This was your sessions are always so interesting 'cause we don't just focus on physical details.
You like, open it up to whatever else they wanna tell you. And it gets, it gets so interesting. I'm gonna be journaling and saving a lot of these quotes too. Yes. Okay. Thank you. Um, I probably will share this on social and then I'll tag you in it. Um, not that you have to share it or anything, but thank you because I feel like people are going to get to like, totally get something out of this.
Yeah, I hope so. I did same. That part about you guys living in a flooded basement was crazy. I have never had anything quite like that come through. Well, and it makes like there are things, when I think about my life and I sit with it, I'm like, I can see instances of why I don't like certain things, why I don't like dark water thing, like, you know.
Yeah, that sounds really traumatic. That sounds terrible. Like something I would not wanna live through, honestly.
Oh my God, thank you for today. You're the best. I love you. I love you. I love you. I appreciate you and I hope you have a wonderful day.
I love you too. I'll talk to you later. Bye. Bye.
