Living Roots- An Interactive Scripture Memory Podcast

This podcast will guide you through a memorization plan that will engage your mind daily with structured content. You can expect new episodes dropping three times a week. In each podcast, you'll get to actively engage by just showing up with a pen, some paper or notecards, and your Bible. So, Get ready to embark on an inspiring and transformative journey to nurture our faith and deepen our roots in God’s Word.

Structure of the Show

Preparation Phase:
1. Begin with an overview of what is being memorized—reading the chapter, identifying keywords, and answering the "5 W's and H" questions. I will not be providing you the answers because that will defeat the whole purpose of you interacting and finding truth for yourself.
2. The duration of this phase is flexible, allowing you, the listener, to either spend additional time here or opt for a more concise time frame that suits your preferences
Active Memorization Phase
1. This phase is also designed to be adaptable, allowing you, the listener, to spend as much time as needed or to adjust the process to fit your schedule.
2. Layout of each show will include these sections:
  1. Prayer
  2. Review the last verse memorized
  3. Learn a new verse using one of these techniques
    1. writing out the verse three times
    2. varying voice with inflections
    3. Saying verse out-loud 10 times and then covering it up trying to say it again another 10 times
    4. First-Letter technique
  4. Review All Verse/s Together Phase:
    1. Review all the verse/s together
