Scripture Memory with Alicia
Scripture Memory with Alicia is a bite-sized, interactive podcast designed to walk you through Scripture memory, verse by verse, with a clear and structured plan. Each week, you’ll memorize two verses through a sequence of four engaging episodes: two focused on learning the verses, one for prayerful reflection, and one designed for active review, which is perfect for listening while walking, working, or moving through your day. Just show up with a pen, paper or note cards, and a Bible.

Welcome to “Learn the new verse” this is a templated guide that will help you learn the next verse by saying the verse outloud! If you are new to scripture memory, check out my blog that provides you with various ways to memorize scripture. That link is in the show notes.
Let's get started but first Ill give you a quick moment to pray before you start.
Ok lets get started! Saying the verse out loud can be done in various ways. You could say it outloud 3 times 3 times a day. Say it outloud 10 times and then cover it up and say it outloud another 10 times. You can also use various tones in your voice. Try saying the verse but enunciate a word in a way that makes it stand out. As I'm talking Im using a a form of voice inflection . Another option is to sing the verse! I love using SUNO to create a song for me as I am learning it.
Well I hope you got the idea of what I mean by using your voice! This is your time to decide what is best for you today.
Are you ready? Say your verse outloud choosing an option i shared or make up your own. Ill give you about 1.5 min to work on this.minutes
I love this! Listen, if this is all your able to do today, well i consider that a win win!
Try to practice the verse throughout the day during moments when you're not needing brain power. If you have time, queue up the next template called Review all verses!
