Bonus Episode: Jamie’s Story

SPEAKER_00

Welcome back, listeners. Welcome to a special bonus episode. I am Jamie Good, and this is my story. This is going to be a bonus episode with some little a little more in-depth conversation about that night. Bear with me because this one's going to be painful for me. But we're going to get through it. So we all know that on September eighth, nineteen ninety, my mother had gone out for cigarettes. When she arrived at EasyMart to get her cigarettes, she was welcomed by an individual who was also getting ice to ice down his beer. This gentleman recognized the woman and invited her back down to the bear grounds to hang out some more because she had been there earlier in the day. She decided that she would go down there and visit for just a moment before getting back home to her daughter. But while she was there, everything in her life changed in an instant. Judy was trying to overcome some painful things in her life. She was planning to divorce her husband at the moment, at the time, who was her daughter's stepfather. Now this man was abusive to her, he was horrible. He couldn't keep a job, he was always angry, and he had ended up getting so hooked on Coke from being a coke uh a truck driver just to stay awake that it infuriated him, and everything made him so mad that he took it out on her. And the abuse that she inflicted for years was very bad. Multiple times he nearly killed her. Her daughter, which is me, witnessed all of this for years. And I recognized the pain. And I seen how much she was what she was going through. It was my mom. So when she told me she was filing for divorce from my stepdad, I was relieved. I was actually happy. I was looking forward to her and I having a life together without him in it. But that night, when she went to the Bear Grounds in Grant Celine just to let loose and have a couple drinks and visit with friends and family. That's when the worst happened. At some point throughout the night, she was sitting on a tailgate. She had a few too many drinks. And she fell off that tailgate and hit her head on the ground. Apparently, from witness statements, she was bleeding pretty bad, but refused to go to the hospital because no one knew it more than I did. My mother hated hospitals and she hated doctors. So a gentleman named Randall Looney offered her his shirt to put on her head to stop the bleeding and begged her to go to the doctor, let him take her hot somewhere, but she refused. That was on her, not them. But you would think as many people as out there, one of them would have helped her. But nobody helped her. Just a shirt to stop the bleeding. So as the night progressed, more drinking, more laughing, more having fun. They decided to go get something to eat, which is what they said. But who knows what really was said or what really happened. But they all got in the truck and they were headed to Colfax, where there's a truck stop. They were going to eat there. And then who else? Who knew? We have been hearing rumors for years that there were anywhere from three to six individuals with her that night at that truck stop. I have narrowed it down to four. Kenny Reed, Randall Looney, Johnny Rush. And the fourth one, we're going to hold on to that one. I have a couple of interviews coming up, and I'm hoping to narrow that down and be very specific about this person. So they're at the truck stop. And there's different stories, but from what I've gotten, putting together this on my own, is that while they're at the truck stop or while they were on their way, she had fallen asleep or something. So when they arrived, they let her sleep in the truck and they went in to eat. When they came back out to the truck, she had bled to death in her sleep. We aren't 1,000% sure this is what happened, but from what has come to light, it's very close. We're almost 100% sure this is the truth. Every lead, every piece of evidence is leading up to this. But I'm not done with my investigation. So they come out to the truck, they realize that she is gone, and they panic. They don't know what to do. If they call the cops, they think they're going to jail. They're gonna think we all killed her. Look at there's all of us and one of her. What are they gonna do? I'm sure they were were frantic. They were they're scared, they were drunk, they weren't using their right mind. But there should have been someone there that would have been smart enough to know all you had to do was call 911. Just call 911. If you didn't do it, they would have been able to prove that. Remember it's innocent until proven guilty. But you felt the guilt, you felt the shame, and you decided to throw her away as if she was a dead animal. And I'm sorry, telling the waitress at the truck stop that y'all had gone coon hunting? Come on. Really? That blood wasn't from a coon. The blood on your clothes was my mother's. And we do know that after all of this happened, when they all went on their separate ways after they disposed of her, when Kenny Reed arrived home in his truck with blood in it, he knew he had to get it out, but he could always use the excuse it was animal blood. But he knew that the witnesses at the Bear Grounds had seen her leave with him, so he had to get rid of that truck Esau. So he arrives home in the wee hours of the morning, possibly still dark, and his wife sees him through the window. She sees him taking the seat out of his truck. She witnesses him with weird behavior. He's got blood on his clothes. So he strips down to his underwear, takes off his shirt and his pants, puts them in the burn barrel, and lights a match. He then forces his wife to get the bleach and help him clean his truck. Far as she knows, it was animal blood and he's just getting rid of it. Does she really know the truth? Does she really know that that's not animal blood, that that is my mother's blood? Is she wondering in the back of her mind what really happened? Why are you stripping your truck apart? But she was afraid of him because he was a crazy psycho man who was abusing her and she knew what he was capable of. Which is again why she will not come forward with what she knows, because she's afraid of him. So he cleans his truck, he gets it cleaned up, and he posts it for sale. But he knows that there's people around who are interested in his truck because they love his truck. Go down the rabbit hole and you find out he sold his truck to Pat Sajak's son. Now Pat Sajak is a chief of police. And now his son has just purchased a truck that has DNA to prove who got rid of my mother. Now do you see why I don't really trust law enforcement because ever since then, where's the truck? Why wasn't it checked for DNA? Why did you allow him to just get rid of a truck knowing he was a suspect in a disappearance of a woman? Ask yourself, if you were an officer of the law and you had the knowledge in these key points, you would question him yourself. You would realize, wait a minute, this doesn't make sense. This isn't added up. But no. That truck was never checked for DNA. Now here we are 35 years later. And DNA has come a long way. So if I can get my hands on that truck and check it for DNA, I can almost guarantee you my mother's blood is somewhere in there. So if anybody knows where Kenny Reed's truck went that he sold 35 years ago, the week of the incident, I'm trying to track it down. Anybody want to help? Let me know. So after all this happens, people wonder why I don't trust law enforcement. They wonder why I question their ability to solve this case. Well, this case is more than a case number to me. This is my mother. This was my life. So I will do this myself. I will continue to fight for her. I will continue to share her story, and I will be on repeat until you are so sick and tired of hearing me that you come forward. So if you have any information regarding this night that happened in Grand Celine, Texas on September eighth, nineteen ninety, what happened to Judy Foster? Where did they dump her? If they're at Colfax at a truck stop and they panic, did they dump her close by just to hurry and get her out of the truck? There was a few men there, so there was plenty of help. This was a five foot one woman who weighed about a buck thirty. She was a tiny woman. One man could have gotten rid of her. Imagine what three or four or five could have done. It does leave you with a bitter sicking, sickening feeling in the back of your throat. What did they do to her corpse? How did they treat her? What was her last moments like? Was she scared? Was she afraid? Did she just want to get home? Was she in physical pain? I would love to have answers to these questions, and I know I may never ever get these answers. But what I would give for it. So I ask you again, please, if you have any information where regarding the whereabouts of Judy Marie Foster, where she was dumped between Oakland and Colfax, the Gran Celline area, please come forward. Please message me, call me, email me. I'm listening. I don't have to put your name out there. Can you read? Call me. Text me. Email me. Tell me where she's at. I won't tell 'em you told me. Just let me get her and close this and give her proper burial. Give me closure. Because if you continue to live with this secret, it's gonna eat at you and eat at you. And you can take it to your grave. But that's gonna be a grave in hell. Because there's no way you'll ever make it to heaven. And I hope that your soul burns alive for what you've done to my mother. There is a reason that I'm doing this podcast. My whole point is to get her story out and hope that it leads me in the right direction to bring her home and give her a peaceful, proper burial. But it's also to make those suspects squirm, stress, worry, be afraid of what is to come. Because I promise you, as God is my witness, I will never give up. And as long as I have a voice, I have the choice to use it. And I will continue to speak. And I hope that you hear me in the back of your mind every time you close your eyes. I'm coming for you. I'm watching you. And I will prove what you've done. I cannot live with this. I cannot sit back and watch as you've lived thirty-five years free for what you did, and you think you've gotten away with it. Everybody in that community, everyone that lives around you, your neighbors, your friends, even your family knows what you're capable of, and they know what you've done. And I will prove it. And I will make sure that they understand that it is not a reflection of them. Because everything that you do is of your own will. No one made you do anything. You simply could have called nine one. And you didn't. So here is a line for you to remember. She may not be here. But I am. And I will continue to be her voice. I'm not giving up. I am here to stay. And you'll be seeing me. Because I'm gonna be in Grand Celine a whole lot more. I'm gonna share my mother's life with everybody in that community. And everyone's gonna remember her, and they're gonna forget about you. You cannot take advantage of someone and throw them away like a dead animal and get away with it. The law might not get you, but God will. God will. I want to thank everyone for following along, for joining along, and for listening to my mother's story. This is an important chapter in my life. Sharing her story, having the opportunity to share it with you. She will never be forgotten. We will find her, and I will get closure. I want to thank everyone for following along.
