Hello, beautiful souls. Before anything else, I need you to know something. You do not have to carry everything tonight. Not the stress, not the fear, not the sadness, not the pressure to hold everyone together. For the next little while, you are allowed to simply rest. No expectations, no proving yourself, no racing thoughts, trying to solve tomorrow before it arrives. Tonight, you are safe here. Take a slow breath in from me and gently let it go. Again, breathing in peace and breathing out everything heavy. Feel the bed beneath you. Feel the room around you. Nothing is required of you right now. The world can wait until morning. Let your shoulders soften. Relax your jaw. Unclench your hands. And most importantly, allow your heart to rest. You've been so strong for so long, longer than most people realize. You've carried emotions quietly, smiled when you were exhausted, kept going when your spirit needed comfort. And yet, here you are, still loving, still hoping, still healing. That matters more than you know. Now, imagine a soft golden light slowly surrounding you. Warm, gentle, peaceful, like the universe itself is wrapping you in a blanket of calm. This light protects you. Nothing harmful may enter here. Only peace, only softness. Your nervous system no longer needs to stay alert tonight. You are allowed to stop surviving for a while. You are allowed to rest. Feel that warm light slowly moving down through your body now. Relaxing your forehead, softening your eyes, releasing all tension from your face. Your neck grows loose and heavy. Your shoulders melt downward. Every breath softens you deeper. Your chest relaxes. Your heartbeat slows. Your stomach unclenches. Your hips sink comfortably into the bed beneath you. Your legs grow heavy, warm, safe. Your feet completely relaxed. Your entire body now supported, held, protected. Breathe slowly and notice how quiet your mind is becoming. Thoughts no longer need your attention. Let them drift like clouds passing across a distant sky. You do not need to chase them. You do not need to solve them. Just let them pass further and further away. Tonight is not about fixing your life. Tonight is about healing your spirit. About remembering that rest is sacred too. As you continue to breathe slowly, imagine yourself walking beneath a moonlit sky. The air is cool and peaceful. Everything around you feels calm, safe, still. In the distance, you hear water flowing gently, like the universe whispering, you've done enough for today. You are loved. You are protected. You can let go now. With every breath, you drift deeper, deeper into calm, deeper into stillness, deeper into sleep.
