E32: Taking a Leap of Faith in Acquiring an Asset
People always ask "How do you have all these properties in CA?" It's not easy that's for sure, but we find ways to make it work and continue to acquire the next asset and struggle through until it stabilizes. We are always better off in the end than if we didn't buy that asset, it's just the in between time getting the property renovated that is always a struggle. Looking back...worth it!
