When Faith Faces Violence - Responding to the Death of Charlie Kirk
The death of Charlie Kirk has left many asking, Why does death happen? Where is God when senseless violence strikes? In this episode, I share a faith-filled response to the tragedy, how moments of darkness test our trust in God, and why Scripture reminds us that “our light and momentary afflictions” are producing something greater. When evil tries to silence voices, faith can and will rise stronger.
I also reflect on personal sorrow in my own life, a time when prayers weren’t answered the way I hoped, and how I learned to trust that there is more beyond what we understand.
