Welcome to Friday's episode of Trending, the final one of the week. Well, how do you tell the truth and tell someone exactly what you're doing without telling them exactly what you're doing? Well, you say you've done the exact opposite, or you completely deny what you've done. Q enter stage right, Benjamin Net and Yahoo. We absolutely did not drag the United States into this war with Iran. We translate that. We absolutely did drag the United States into the war with Iran. Gaz covered yesterday the Jared Kushner and Steve Whitcroft story from the UK diplomat who was saying that in the meetings with Iran, those two were not even seen as US negotiators. They were seen as states of uh assets of Israel, they're on behalf of Israel, not on behalf of America. So following on from that and other things, Netanyahu has has felt compelled to come out and say, look, we didn't drag the US into this. The fact that he's felt the need to do that shows a lot of people are clearly pointing out the fact that clearly they did, which is only a good thing. Because when bullies lose their temper and start throwing tantrums, usually that means they're on the ropes. And believe me, they are on the ropes. So the headline, which they're trying to create a narrative around, is that Trump and Netanyahu have fallen out. They've fallen out after these Israeli um airstrikes on the Qatar on the Iranian gas field. Trump's come out on his truth social and said he knew nothing about it, and absolutely this cannot happen again. The Israelis have said they'll hold off on attacking gas sites and so on. Now, I would suggest that one of two things are happening here. Either that's genuinely true that they didn't know they were going to attack, because Israel, as we know, owned the United States, not the other way around. So therefore, they're very arrogant. They do what they want, and they know that the repercussions are going to be little if none. And Trump's ego's damaged a little bit, so he's felt like I've got a posture. The other option, which I would say is significantly more likely, is that they absolutely knew they were going to do that. But Trump's natural base is starting to question the narrative. They're starting to ask just why this America-first anti-war president has gone to war on behalf of Israel rather than on behalf of doing something in the best interest of Americans. And they're starting to question that. They've had enough. So he's got to do something to appear to rebalance the power. So he's coming out saying, look, Israel won't do anything anymore without our say-so. They did it without our say-so, and I don't like it. Trying to appear that he's the one in the position of power, he's the one in the driving seat. When we both know, and everybody knows that Netanyahu is the one that's making the shot calling the shots, or certainly the people behind him are the ones that are calling the shots. Trump's just a gopher. He's just following orders. So I'd suggest probably a combination of the two, because he's clearly a very egotistical man, and his ego probably is damaged. He probably doesn't like having it pointed out that he's the one following orders rather than the one calling the shots, because obviously his whole persona is this I do what I want. So it's an interesting story to say the least, but we'll dive straight into it. So Trump and Netanyahu trade barbs as gas prices surge and threatens the Iran War Alliance. The US insists they were not told of plans to hit a fuel plant, but Israeli officials deny that. And Netanyahu says it's fake news that Tel Aviv dragged Washington into the conflict. Trump has warned Netanyahu and Israel not to strike any more gas fields after a controversial attack. Um controversial Israeli attacks sent global energy prices spiralling. The president sparked speculation of a split with his ally after insisting he knew nothing of the plan to hit South Pars in Iran, the world's largest gas field. Tehran ignored calls for restraint yesterday and furiously retaliated with its own strikes on energy infrastructure in Israel, Kuwait, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. Now, we've seen for years the poking of nations in the chest. There was poking of Russia in the chest, there's been poking of Iran in the chest, there's been poking of China in the chest, poking of North Korea in the chest. Now, I don't know about you, but if somebody constantly poked me and provoked me and provoked me into eventually you're going to react. And when you outright attack a country in the middle of a negotiation, and as Gareth covered yesterday, in a negotiation where that country has conceded a hell of a lot of ground and given you basically everything you have asked for, and then you've still gone in and had an unprovoked attack, and then you call for restraint, I'd say it's a little bit late in the day for that. Wouldn't you? So and also the fact that on day one of the conflict they bomb this this girl's school, not once but twice, and kill over 150 people, most of which were children. Now, I don't I don't know what the outcome is here. All I know is that the outcome they want is is not peace. So I don't know what the game is being played, I don't know what the outcome in terms of what it's actually going to look like is going to be. Only time will tell from that. But it's like when we covered the strikes a couple of uh a year ago, sorry, last June, I believe it was, we said that, you know, it appears that there's a deal been reached, it appears that there's peace, but peace is not the ultimate outcome. So something will happen to turn around that course. We saw it. The negotiations over the last few weeks, they were never going to be fruitful because as we've just as I've just said, Whitcroft and Kushner were not there to find peace, they were there to find a justification to invade, which is what they've done. So how they get out of it, or how they end this, who knows? Who knows where this is going to lead? Because what what this is doing at the moment is it's showing no signs of ending. So those gas prices, those oil prices, those weekly shops, they're not going down anytime soon. And the longer this goes on, the more scarcity there's going to be of energy, the more scarcity there could potentially be of food, the more impact this is going to have on the global economy and on everybody's lives, right across the globe. So do they want it to end? Well, I suppose there's two ways you could look at it. One is the fact that you can't film damage in Israel now, the fact that you can't film damage without risk of prison clearly shows there's a lot of damage to be filmed. That's not what you do unless you're taking a pounding. So there's that aspect to it, which is what happened back in June last year, where they'd almost run out of interceptor missiles, and that's when all of a sudden, no, no, let's make a deal, let's make a deal. So it wouldn't surprise me if there's all of a sudden a back-off, because it's come out, hasn't it, that there's a lot of evidence to suggest that Israel are already running out of interceptor missiles, same with the US, and that Iran have held back their most technologically advanced weapons so far. So those two things, if they're both true, then the potential for the damage to US military resources to uh Israel itself over the next few weeks is massive, absolutely huge, especially if you keep provoking Iran by attacking things like this gas field and its energy infrastructure and just keep attacking it in general. Eventually, they're gonna just take the gloves off. And what happens then? That's the big, big challenge. The other thing you've got is the impact this is gonna have on Russia and China, because they've always been considered a trio, Russia, China, and Iran, and they know these people will know that part of the plan is for an international conflict involving those countries, they're all in the gun sites. So would you rather wait and let each of these people be picked off one by one to the point that you're there on your own trying to defend, or would you go in as a three? I think if this goes to the point that there's boots on the ground and that this is a full-on ground invasion, I would suggest that Russia and China would probably step in in some capacity. There's already a lot of evidence to suggest that they're helping out anyway. Between June last year, when the strikes happened on the nuclear facilities and when this conflict started this time, the amount of Chinese military hardware that was taken to Iran was is massive. The evidence that there's Russian air defences assisting with shooting down attacks on Tehran and so on is massive as well. So the battle lines have already been drawn, but where do you go from here? Because I've said this a few times, public opinion of Israel is on the floor. On the floor, in America as much as anywhere else, which is always where you can't say a word without being called anti-Semitic. Public opinion of Trump is on the floor from most people, including large chunks of his base now, his natural MAGA base, because they didn't vote for this. So where do you go? Where where do you go? Because they don't want this to end. This is meant to be a conflict that just rages on and then spirals into something significantly bigger. Because this does a few things, this conflict. It helps destroy the natural order. It helps create uh an energy crisis which creates more dependency upon the state, which is something that they want. It creates fear and anxiety within people's minds on a number of things. It creates fear and anxiety of the cost of things, of whether the lights are gonna go out, the plants falling down, of whether the you know the lights are gonna go out. It creates fear and anxiety of of travelling, of what that's gonna look like, of the dangers of, you know, am I gonna wake up to a am I gonna wake up to a story that there's an incoming missile to Great Britain? All of those things are created by this conflict. And all of those things tick a lot of boxes for this cult, don't they? They want all those things. They want the negative energy for the louche, they want people to be more and more and more dependent upon the state, because dependency equals control, we all know that. And the more people's minds are occupied with just survival, just trying to get through another day, the less likely they are to look around, stand up, resist, have the brain capacity or mind space to take on this information because I can't take that on, mate. I'm just trying to survive another day, I'm just trying to put dinner on the table. And I understand that. And that's why they keep people so busy, that's why they keep people's minds so occupied. That's why at the end of the day, after a long, hard day, people don't necessarily want to sit and listen to certain information. They want to just stick the telly on and open a bottle of wine. And I understand that the world's been created for that outcome. We're essentially playing a very sophisticated video game. And the video game, the rules of the game are built into it that are not meant to help us. So those of us that I think have seen through this and that actively try and make a difference, that's that's incredible in the face of it because everything is rigged to not make you do that. Everything is rigged against you. So I think this story this morning, just to conclude this first part, is a positive thing. And I think we've seen a lot of positive things over the last few weeks. Now I know it's very difficult to sit here and say that and sit here and see that given there's so many things going on, there's so much devastation. But the fact that these kind of stories are making headlines, it just goes to show the truth is getting out there. It might not be getting out there at the pace that we want it, but it is getting out there. And ignorance is no longer an option for people because the information is there. If they choose to not if they choose to ignore it and they choose to just not even look at it or dismiss it, then that's on them. But these things are not hidden underground anymore to the point that you have to really search for them. They are in your face. So I think we've had a good positive week, whether it be the refusal of the assisted dying bill, whether it be the exposure of this children's welfare bill that I covered on Wednesday, whether it be Netanyahu coming out and saying that they we didn't drag them into the war, because that most people will read that and go, Well, that's you admitting you did then. The fact that you need to say that, very rarely does somebody come out and say, Look, I assure you this didn't happen if they're not trying to cover up the fact that it did happen. So there's a lot to be grateful for and a lot to be positive about moving forward into next week and over the weekend. So I will see you with the rest of the show on iconic.com. If you're watching with me on YouTube or Twitter, that's it for this week, and that's it for today's episode. I'll be back with you on Monday at 10 o'clock. If you want to carry on with me on iconic.com, we're gonna talk about the NHS, we're gonna talk about meningitis, and we're gonna talk about prepping because all this conflict and all this unrest around the world has led a lot of people to get a lot of household essentials prepped, and we're gonna run through exactly what that looks like, just in case.
SPEAKER_01Don't mention the reps in those days. Even less is said about the prey pipe, which some believe to be the true ruling power in the Vatican.
SPEAKER_00Humans are missing a macadress.
SPEAKER_01All of them had political signals. I've never seen it before. It's a transition level. This is the ultimate suicide. What if the symbols around us every day are just ornamental? We must have these at least. What if their instruction?
