Building and nurturing relationships is critical in the real estate industry. Today we're helping you learn some tricks that will make it a little easier to start up genuine conversations and stay in touch with clients. As if it didn't already feel forced, now we are going to tell you that you need for a systematic approach to client engagement so you can track your efforts. Hang in there. It's worth it.
Knowing your personality type and the personality type of the person your building a relationship really helps as well to enhance communication.
There is power in persistence. With your follow-up efforts, remember people are busy so it might take 6, 7 or 8 times. And sometimes there's just nothing we could have done differently to get the repeat business. That's OK, too. Ultimately, success in real estate hinges on your ability to connect with clients on a personal level and build rapport.
