Send me a note, love to hear from you.

This reflection offers a gentle meditation on meeting difficult emotions with loving awareness rather than resistance or fixing. guided from a place of personal and collective pain, it invites us to sit—especially when we are not well—and to discover the inner resource that can hold grief, anger, overwhelm, and tenderness alike. Through simple presence with the body, breath, and environment, we are guided to recognize the spaciousness of the heart: a loving attention that allows everything to be as it is. Like the sky holding all weather, this inner spaciousness becomes a refuge and a strength, enabling us to hold our own suffering and the suffering of others with compassion and to plant seeds of kindness and care in the midst of uncertainty.

The invitation is simple: when life is hard, sit. Allow. Hold whatever is present in loving attention. This is the practice. This is the resource. This is love.
