Lynette’s Corner
Connection is a fundamental human need, yet finding meaningful, genuine relationships can often feel challenging. Lynnette’s Corner is a space for authentic conversations that foster connection, empathy, and personal growth. Our goal is to help you feel less alone in your journey and to equip you with the tools to create the deep, fulfilling relationships you seek. Building and nurturing these connections is an active process—and one that lies at the heart of what it means to be human. Together, we’ll explore what strengthens relationships and what holds them back.

Physical Well-Being with Special Guest: Dr. Danh Ngo PT, DPT, OCS, SCS
On this episode we have the distinct pleasure of hosting Dr. Danh Ngo PT, DPT, OCS, SCS. We discuss how physical wellbeing supports relational wellbeing, and ask him to share some "bare minimum" approaches to improving wellbeing and addressing physical concerns.
Dr. Ngo is a physical therapist who can say he shares the experiences, the emotional and physical roller coaster journey, of having pain, needing surgery, having the surgery and realizing there was more than he could have done with less risk.
He once had spine surgery and now is on the journey to finding good medical care for his son’s medical health. Because of this, Dr Ngo has become an expert in helping members achieve an alternative to medications especially painkillers, procedures and avoiding surgery.
He is in the prestigious group of 0.1% of Physical Therapist in the country with a double certification in orthopedic and sports medicine specialist.
Dr. Ngo’s background and experience have allowed him to appreciate and marvel at the human body and its capability. Every day he works, he is still amazed at how little we know about this complex machine called the human body.
