She later served as PayPal's head of U.S. digital acquisition, bringing her expertise to the early fintech revolution. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to found Avyva Software Services in 2001, her first venture into business ownership.

As the blockchain era emerged, Lisa moved to BitMEX as head of marketing in 2017 and later served as Chief Operating Officer at ShapeShift. In September 2020, she co-founded FLUIDEFI with Louis Sirico, creating a decentralized finance platform that reduces portfolio management time for DeFi traders by 75%. Her current leadership roles at FLUIDEFI and Secret Network Foundation place her at the forefront of decentralized technology innovation.
