Dr. Rutledge's 14-year adjunct expertise encompasses data science, generative AI, machine learning, and health analytics. This is supported by her Master of Informatics in Healthcare Analytics from the Morsani College of Medicine, University of South Florida, Ph.D. in Social Science from Nova Southeastern University, and MBA from the New York Institute of Technology.
