James Clarence: Is Creativity The Blueprint For Revival? | 003
In this episode, Jess sits down with James Clarence: A lead pastor, strategist, and visionary, to explore the powerful intersection of creativity and leadership. Before stepping into his current role in Yellowknife, James was a Next Gen Pastor with a deep passion for unity in cities across Canada. That passion sparked the 403 Network, a movement that brought together youth groups across Calgary with one goal: to glorify Jesus in unity.
But James’ story didn’t stop there. With a growing need for leadership in the North, he took a bold leap of faith and moved to the Northwest Territories, where he's now leading with both conviction and creativity in a region that is often overlooked. Together, Jess and James unpack how strategy itself can be a creative act, why unifying the church requires imagination, incredible vision, and how obedience to God often leads us into unknown, but beautiful, territory.
This episode is an invitation to rethink leadership as an art form, and to consider how God might be calling each of us to lead creatively, courageously, and sacrificially... Right where we are, or somewhere entirely new.
