Episode 8 - Certainty vs Doubt

It is imperative to do what ever it takes to make yourself well, to make yourself certain about who you are. One must always be in a state of awareness in order to recognize they are lost and then S.T.O.P. to get back on track. The demons of Self Doubt will rob you of every possibility of ever becoming certain about your self. They will do anything and everything to destroy any hope of ever becoming your true self. 

Make sure you do whatever it takes to make yourself feel good. Take the necessary steps towards trusting yourself and stepping into your innate certainty.
