In this weeks episode. I chat with Carmen Rocha. Carmen is a mum of 3, a birth mindset coach, transformational life coach and VBAC Mentor, supporting women as they transition into motherhood.
It is Carmen’s deep desire to support more women in truly tapping into the power that they already hold within them, whether it be navigating their birth, their business or their even life journey.
Carmen and I talked candidly about balancing motherhood with entrepreneurship and what this can look like. What the challenges are, but also how rewarding it is to be truly present with your children on this journey. We both share some manifesting tips and how we have both made decisions that course-corrected our lives in a new direction.
