Joanna Choncer and I talk openly in this episode about why people in business find it hard to receive, especially when they give so much. You get a compliment and brush it off... someone hands you a gift and you say " aww you shouldnt have" This actually rejects the ability to receive fully and openly.
Most high achievers are wired to keep going, to give and keep on. Very rarely do they stop, halt, and slow down to receive. When you fully receive life in its purest form, then something beautiful begins to shift.
