The Power of Consciousness

From working with Amy Winehouse and other celebrities, on a high, and in rooms that weren't for everyone. Tim Haynes looked like he was on top of the world, but felt that sneaky feeling of "is this it?" to then tumble down and feel numb. What was meant to be "success in society" felt like just another day. On the outside and on paper he had it all..... but internally something different was playing out. 

The long days and nights, working harder, and eventually it's catching up. Tim's story mirrors the challenges that come with burnout, depletion, and having to be always ON. WE talk about what that looked like to step away from that world and create a new world for himself, one that felt wholesome and very different. 

Tim's philosophy on the world has shifted, and he found peace in the smaller appreciative parts of life, the places we often dismiss or minimise. But through this journey, he was able to come back to who he is and an even stronger mission.
