Today Nicole and I talk candidly about the importance of trauma informed and trained coaching. The different stages that someone in business can feel stuck in and how strategy won't respond to an internal trauma experience.
Nicole is on a mission to change an unregulated industry and show the importance of coaching whilst being able to hold clients as they go through major shifts and transformations.
