Episode 31- Jo Alexander
Jo Alexander is truly at the top of her game as the Head of Strategic Communication at one of Australia's largest banks. I was thrilled to speak to her about her career, which began in marketing and eventually moved into internal communication and then strategic communication. Right person, right time, and right organisation, is how I would describe Jo's career trajectory.
She is an exceptionally bright and experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in large, complex corporates. In this episode Jo talks about how she has led communication functions in diverse geographies including Australia, New Zealand, UK, Hong Kong, Mexico and Brazil, and worked with major global brands like HSBC and Shell, to name a few.
Jo is highly skilled in strategic communication counsel, employee communication, change communication, corporate communication, and management. Her story is an inspiration and a fantastic example of how to get that view from the top, by being a strategic, and in-demand communication professional.
