Priya Bates and Advita Patel are co-founders of A Leader Like Me, a global membership programme that helps underrepresented women and non-binary people of colour progress further in their career and achieve their leadership goals. They also both have successful practices: Priya is President and Founder of Inner Strength Communication based in Toronto, Canada and Advita is Managing Director of CommsRebel, an internal communication and employee experience consultancy based in Manchester, U.K.
