Sacred & Sovereign
If you've checked off all the boxes of what it means to be successful and you still feel like something is missing, you're in the right place. Welcome to Sacred & Sovereign. Tune in to find out how Elizabeth Brett, former NBC reporter turned sacred feminine priestess & sovereignty mentor, has created a deeply satisfying life as a mother, wife, entrepreneur, wisdom seeker, and whole woman... and how you can too.
The current way we measure success misses one key element: our soul nourishment. We’re left feeling depleted, resentful, numb, and unfulfilled by these lives we’ve worked so hard to create. Let’s explore what it looks like to throw out the old model & create a new one, with our soul satisfaction in the center.
This podcast is for you if you're a seeker... you're not willing to settle for a boring or comfortable life but are ready to rewrite the rules of womanhood & motherhood from the inside out.
We'll dive into topics like sacred feminine practices, conscious motherhood, reconnecting to our bodies, reinvention, remembering ancient wisdom, breaking free of cultural cages, midlife hormones, you name it... basically questioning & reimagining anything and everything we’ve been taught about being a woman in today’s world.
In the Sacred & Sovereign Podcast you'll hear Elizabeth's insights & her interviews with feminine leaders as they explore how creating a deeply satisfying life is simpler than you think.
Get ready to up-level your life in the areas that matter most to you. Tune in wherever you love listening to podcasts.

What Modern Sovereignty Really Looks Like
Sovereignty isn’t a buzzword… it’s a homecoming.
In a world that moves fast, screams loud, and constantly demands more of us, there is nothing more radical than remembering your own inner compass… and choosing to follow it.
Have you been feeling untethered lately?
Like all of the noise and uncertainty about the economy & politics are making everything feel more chaotic?
Or like the pressure to be more, do more, and keep up is pulling you further from your truth?
If so, this episode is for you.
I’m taking you behind the scenes of something I’ve poured my whole heart into: the Modern Sovereignty Summit. But this isn’t just about the launch itself. It’s a sacred invitation into a new way of being.
This conversation is about what true sovereignty means in real life… not just when things are flowing, but in the messy, in-between, beautifully chaotic seasons of life. It’s about saying yes to your soul before the strategy. It’s about trusting your inner timeline, even when it doesn’t make sense to anyone else.
✨ In this episode, I share:
- The moment I decided to say YES to building a summit in 7 weeks—not 7 months
- Why sovereignty is not about control, independence, or doing it all yourself
- What it really means to live from alignment, not from obligation
- A behind-the-scenes look at the energetic foundation that called 14 powerhouse women into this sacred space
- The difference between hustle and devotion {and how to know which one you’re operating from}
This isn’t just about creating an event.
It’s about creating a movement. A remembering. A return to your own truth.
Because in a world full of noise, modern sovereignty means tuning everything else out so you can hear you again.

About the Host
Elizabeth Brett is a former NBC reporter turned modern-day priestess, mama, activator & guide. She’s been interviewed on The Today Show, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Shape Magazine, and Cosmo Radio, has changed countless diapers along with her career multiple times, and now guides women to remember who they were before the world told them who to be. She believes this is the key to wild abundance & soul-level fulfillment.
Her work is an invitation—one that challenges the rules of womanhood and motherhood as we know them, offering a new paradigm where success isn’t just measured by achievement but by the depth of one's aliveness.
Elizabeth lives in Austin, TX, with her beloved husband and two magical kids. She's known to show up in the school pick-up line wearing a unicorn horn, and loves a spontaneous dance party.
