I have regrets. There, I said it. And not the small kind. The kind that lives in your body, that shows up out of nowhere and rips everything back open like it was yesterday. The kind where you're sitting in your car, engine off, hands in your lap, asking yourself what you did to deserve this.

But here's the thing nobody talks about. Regret isn't always a clean story with a gift at the end. Sometimes the hard thing just happened and surviving it is the whole story. And sometimes the hard thing gave you the best parts of your life and you have to figure out how to hold both of those things at the same time. In this episode I'm getting honest about both, about the seasons that broke my trust, the patterns I wish I had seen sooner, and the one thing that could have changed everything. Boundaries. Earlier. Before the damage started.

💬 Why You'll Love This Episode:

  • Why high-functioning women carry regret in their bodies and why it keeps coming back even when you think you're healed
  • The real reason boundaries are hard, it's not about saying no, it's about seeing the pattern before the damage compounds
  • What to do on the days when surviving is all you have (and why that's actually enough)
  • Permission to stop looking for the silver lining if there isn't one

And if you're in a season where boundaries feel impossible to build, the section in Unstuck Yourself, my self-care workbook on getting unstuck, setting boundaries, and building a life you actually like being in, was written for exactly this. Grab it at jamiecole.co/unstuck.
