Faith for Everyday
Faith for Everyday is a daily podcast dedicated to guiding youth through modern challenges with timeless Biblical wisdom. Each approximately 10-minute episode offers scriptural insights and practical encouragement to strengthen faith in everyday life. New episodes are released daily.
Spending time in God’s Word is essential for spiritual growth, yet many people struggle with where to start. Some feel intimidated by the Bible’s depth, while others become discouraged or overwhelmed by life’s challenges. If you’ve ever felt that way, this devotional is for you.
"Faith for Every Day" is designed as a simple yet powerful guide to help you engage with Scripture daily. You don’t have to start on January 1st—this podcast is meant to be picked up at any time of the year. Each daily devotion stands on its own, addressing real-life struggles while pointing you back to God’s truth.
Throughout this journey, we will explore topics such as anxiety, depression, rejection, and uncertainty—struggles that are all too common today. But you’re not alone. The Bible is filled with stories of people who faced similar challenges and found strength in God. By looking at their experiences, we can find encouragement, hope, and guidance for our own lives.
Whether you’re a new believer seeking direction or a seasoned Christian looking for fresh inspiration, this podcast will meet you where you are. My prayer is that as you go through these devotionals, you will be encouraged to dig deeper into God’s Word, grow in faith, and draw closer to Him daily.
Let’s embark on this journey together—one day at a time, one step closer to God.

God Of All Comfort

Suffering can make even steady faith feel shaky. When loss, pain, confusion, or deep sorrow hits, the question comes fast and honest: where is God right now? We open 2 Corinthians 1:3–4 and anchor ourselves to a name God gives Himself, “the Father of mercies” and “the God of all comfort,” not as a slogan but as a lifeline for real life.
We talk about the kind of comfort Scripture promises and what it does not promise. God does not always remove hardship immediately, but He does meet us in it. His comfort is not a quick fix or a polished phrase. It is a deep, lasting steadiness that brings peace even when the storm is still active, and it reminds us that we are not abandoned, forgotten, or alone.
Then we get practical: lean toward God rather than away when you hurt, and let others walk with you because God often comforts us through people. We also consider the surprising purpose hidden inside painful seasons, that the comfort God gives you now can become the comfort you offer someone else later. If you’re barely holding on, hear this clearly: God is holding on to you.
If this encouraged you, subscribe, share it with someone who needs comfort, and leave a review. What part of your story might God be shaping into hope for someone else?

SPEAKER_00God's comfort in suffering. Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and a God of all comfort, who comforted us in all our tribulations that we may be able to comfort them which are in trouble. 2 Corinthians chapter 1, verse 3 to 4. Hello and welcome to day 106 of Faith for Every Day. Our focus today is one that touches every human heart at some point or another, that is, suffering. When we go through hard times, loss, pain, confusion, or deep sorrow, it is natural to ask, where is God in all of this? But 2 Corinthians chapter 1 verse 3 to 4 reminds us that God is not absent in our pain. In fact, he is called the God of all comfort. He sees what you are going through, he knows what you are feeling, and ye does not stand at a distance. Paul does not say that God removes every hardship immediately. Instead, he says God comforts us in all our tribulations. That means God comes into our pain. Not always to ease it, but to walk with us through it. This kind of comfort is not just some quick fix or a nice word. It is deep, it is lasting, it brings peace even when the storm is not over yet. And it strengthens us in such a way that we can turn around and help someone else. Also, lean into his presence, not away from it. Sometimes we distance ourselves when we are hurting, but healing happens when we run towards God, not away from him. Let others walk with you. God often comforts us through people. Do not be afraid to ask for prayer, share your burden, or let someone listen. Also consider asking God to use your story. There is power in your testimony. The very comfort God gives you now can be the same comfort you offer someone else later. You may feel like you are barely holding on, but I want to encourage you: God is holding on to you. He has not forgotten you, and he is not silent, he is near to the brokenhearted, and he promises to be with you through the end. This season of suffering is not the end of your story. It may be shaping you in ways you cannot see, but even now, God is working, even now, He is comforting, and even now He is preparing you to carry that comfort to others. Thank you very much for joining me today on day 106 of Faith for Every Day. If you are hurting today, I pray you feel the nearest of God, the Father of mercies and the God of all comfort. May His peace hold your heart steady and may his love remind you that you are never alone. Until next time, walk gently with grace and let God carry you and not your worries. Thank you very much for listening.
