Romans 13 is an often controversial, mis-appropriated, and even mis-applied chapter of the New Testament. So as we examine it, let's consider a couple of questions: Where is our allegiance meant to be according to scripture? What context is being outlined in this chapter? And how does that context still apply (or not apply) today?
