Hey team — welcome back to the Senior Leadership Track.
 This short bonus episode is all about something that sits at the heart of what it means to lead at Glow: our Core Leadership Code of Commitment.
This isn’t a contract.
 It’s not a checklist.
 And it’s definitely not about earning status.
It’s a shared rhythm — a heartbeat that says,
 “I’m not just carrying a role... I’m carrying responsibility.”
Because as core leaders, we don’t just show up — we shape culture.
 We model devotion. We bring weight.
 And we lead the way — not just in spirit, but in action.

Let me tell you about The Big 7 — where your Presence Makes a difference.
There are seven signature annual events in the life of Glow UK where your presence doesn’t just help — it shifts the atmosphere. These moments define our culture, rally our church, and impact lives.
Let’s run through them quickly — not just to inform you, but to invite you in. And so you can mark them in your calendar too.

1. Anointing Service.
 This is where we start our year in the presence of God. We consecrate ourselves, anoint leaders, and seek fresh vision. Your presence here sets the spiritual tone for what’s ahead.


2. Easter Weekend.
 This is our Gospel on display moment — our clearest opportunity to reach people far from God. We bring excellence, energy, and expectation.


3. The Parenting Conference.
 Discipling families is one of our strongest Kingdom investments. As leaders, we show up to learn, support, champion, and model generational leadership.


4. International Sunday.
 This is more than a themed day — it’s a prophetic act. We honour the nations represented in our church and declare that Glow is called to all people, everywhere.


5. Christmas Eve Service.
 A powerful moment at the close of the year. It’s intimate, invitational, and impactful. When leaders are present, guests feel it.


6. Glow Team Summer Party.
 This is our chance to honour the incredible volunteers who serve week in, week out and say a big thank you!  This is a gift from us as a leadership, to our volunteer teams.


7. The Gift Christmas Production.
 Our largest evangelistic event of the year. Whether you're serving or attending — your involvement amplifies the message. It’s high-impact, high-reward, and a shared sacrifice worth making.


When we show up consistently at these Big 7 moments, we’re not just attending events — we’re leading a movement.


Next, let me mention 5 important ongoing commitments for senior leaders at Glow.

Outside those big calendar moments, there are rhythms and values we live by as core leaders: They are....

1. We’re present and prepared at Core Leader Lunches and meetings — not just physically, but mentally and spiritually.


2. We give financially — through tithes and offerings — not because we have to, but because we honour God first, believe in the vision and want to be aligned with it.


3. Sundays matter. We’re not casual attenders. We rarely miss a Sunday service. We come early, lean in, and carry weight in the room.


4. We’re part of Connect Groups — not just running them, but investing in real community.


5. And every January, we commit to prayer and fasting — recalibrating our hearts and sharpening our spiritual edge.



A Final Word.
Look — none of us are perfect.
 But we are committed.
We’re not leaders because of a badge or a title.
 We’re leaders because we show up when it counts.
 Because we know that our consistency is someone else’s breakthrough.
 Because we love the Church Jesus is building — and we’re giving it our best.

 Let’s lead with heart, humility, and holy ambition.
