Welcome to the Night Confessions. I'm your host, LQ. I was laying in my bed thinking about you. Thinking about you while listening to the rain. Thinking, hmm. Just thinking. You know, when clients come to me, I always say to them, be here, be now, be in this moment, this present moment. Don't worry about the past. Don't worry about the outcome. And I'm thinking, hmm. We so focus on getting our minds so clouded, so overwhelmed. Because we think about the past. We think oh about the future. That we forget to be in the present moment with ourselves, with our lovers, partners. We'll overwhelm the brain with so much information from stress. What's going on in the world? Doesn't that make you think? Doesn't that make you ponder or wander? So every time a client comes, I tell them, don't worry about the path, don't worry about the outcome, don't worry about the future, or where you need to be. Just be here, just be now. And I sit with them. I don't say much. I just listen. I listen to how they talk, how they're moving their hands, their body. Are they feeling tense? Are they feeling stressed? Anxiety? Nervous or excited? Or simply comfortable. Now don't get me wrong. Clients come in and they're nervous. Don't know what to expect. But you know what? I just sit and I listen and their shoulders soften. The words are being heard. They become simply relaxed within my space, comfortable, safe, warm in love. And always say, Don't worry about the past. Don't think about it. Be here, be now. This is for you. This is your connection. This is your tantrism. And I ask, what do you need? What do you need for today? For this moment. If I had to ask you that question, what do you need? Would you be able to answer that? Maybe not. Because maybe no one's actually asked you that question of what do you need in this moment in this time? And with Tantra, you actually ask what you need in this time. You don't have to rush the answer. That's the beauty of a session. We sit, you close your eyes, and just feel into that, whether it's a simple word or a simple act, a feeling, emotion. Then we sit with that information. And all I ask one simple thing. Don't worry about the past. Don't overthink the future. The outcome. Just be there. Be in the moment. Let go of the surroundings. Let go of everything around you. And just be just be. It's like me just laying in my bed, listening to the rain, thinking about you. Now you're probably wondering, hmm, well, I'm laying in bed, listening to the rain. That is one of our beautiful senses. And with every client that I see I take the time to listen, hearing exactly what my client needs, how they're feeling, what is what has brought them to see me? Why did they come to this session to this moment in this time? So when I lay in my bed and I have my window open with it's raining, snowing, wind, hail, or just the birds chirping, or the leaves blowing, I take that time to listen, to really, really listen to the outside of nature and breathe into my own body and listen to what my body is saying. What does my body need in that moment, in that time? And I simply take that practice and I give it back to my clients. So when we sit on my sofa, I listen, I watch to everything they're saying. Watch their facial, their hands, their body movement. But I listen to everything, how they breathe in. I even listen here, they heart. Is it racing? Is it growing fast? Is it growing slow? Is it steady? It's amazing. It's amazing how much you can actually listen and see in the person's body if you take the time to practice and be in that moment. Tantra isn't about sex. Tantra is about connection, feeling, creating that openness, that space, that energetic explosion with your body, your heart, your soul, with yourself and your part or partners, lovers. I dare you. Of course there's dares in here. I dare you to lay on your bed, your sofa, your floor, wherever it's comfortable. And I just want you to listen to your surroundings. Practice just listening, whether it's your children speaking, laughing, crying, or your partner is talking, singing, saying any word, or listening to the outside, dogs, cats, barking and mowing, leaves blowing, birds singing, maybe there's a storm outside. I want you to take the time to just listen and then pay attention to your body's response. What is happening to your body? Is it tingling? Is it vibrating? Is your heart racing? Is it steady? Is it calm? Has your breathing changed? Are you jumping from hot to cold? Is your palm sweating? I want you just to pay attention to yourself in that moment. And I dare you to do this every day. Five minutes, ten minutes. And every day it will just get longer and longer. Because you'll be doing it naturally. Why I'm asking you to do this? Because we don't do it anymore. We don't sit and just listen, feel, pay attention to how our bodies react. We never do. And when you're able to do that, you'll be able to discover what do you need. So I dare you to do that. And discover. And don't be shy. Just listen. You never know what you're going to discover. Enjoy listening to the sounds around you. And discovering what you, your body, need. I dare you to discover XOXO LQ.
