Landing your dream job as a new Registered Nurse!
Starting your nursing career is an exciting and also anxiety provoking time. There seems to be unwritten rules like “you must start on Med-Surg before going to ICU…or you have to work Postpartum before Labor & Delivery”. What if that weren’t true? I have spoken to countless friends and colleagues that were able to land a job in their dream specialty right out of school.
