# 7 The Case of Dr. Y: The Wind Farm Dilemma
Dr. Y has been implicated in ethical controversies due to his opposition to local wind farm developments. Reports indicate that he has refused dental services to long-standing patients who support these wind energy projects. These practices have led to formal complaints filed with the Human Rights Tribunal and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons, the latter of which has charged Dr. Y with four counts of disgraceful, dishonourable, or unethical conduct.
