what that means is you have been created

as a spirit being in the same way that

on a body in order to live on this Earth

but what does it mean to cocreate with

God that means that you are joining with

him to walk the road and to live the

call that he's placed on your life that

wants to do it with you he doesn't want

you to do it on your own as children of

God we know that we never have to walk

alone because God says that he will

a good idea it feels like you're on a

bike and you're pedling and pedling and

pedling but you're not getting anywhere

but a god idea is that you're on an

electric bike and you're speeding along

and you are getting so far but it

doesn't feel like you're doing any work

and that is what it means to partner

with God or to co-create with him you're

committing your plans to whatever you

want to do you're committing it to God

and you're saying Lord I want to do this

could have guessed that we would still

be walking and talking about him you

imagined the impact that he would have

and I know that many of you are

impacting lives around you not realizing

how far that impact really goes many

years ago when I had a recruitment

company and I'm talking about 20 years

ago now I God gave me a slogan but I

never really understood it until like

now in this last couple of years and it

said when you touch one life you change

their world so in recruitment I thought

we were giving one person a job and it

would impact their family and hopefully

those people would go on on to impact

their communities and and the

communities would then go and impact

other people my mind was still very I

still thought of it as very small in a

small way but now I understand that

actually the impact that we have in one

person's life could impact generations

and I love that God is a god of Legacy

it never only stops with us I love the

idea that we're going to get to heaven

one day and somebody's going to come up

to us and say it's because of you that

because of you today because of the fact

that you stepped out and did what God

many are the plans in a person's heart

but it is the Lord's purpose that

you just love the idea that God would be

running right alongside you so that you

day-to-day life is like as an

gotten over the people pleasing thing

when I really started understanding my

started saying no to a lot of things and

I am now no longer afraid to say no and

and I'm okay with that now in the

beginning I was still feeling a little

bit guilty and and um you know unsure of

what people are going to say but now I

realize I'm not here to please people

I'm here to please God and if God hasn't

said yes to something I'm not going to

do it and I'm okay with that um and the

workaholic side is you know I love

working I really do love being

productive I enjoy that but I've also

gotten to the place where I'm resting in

God if he says I only want you to focus

on this today and I do that there is so

much peace in my heart I don't feel

rushed I don't feel like I'm hurrying

when I am doing it in my own strength

we need to learn to trust God because he
