Hey, Sam here. This is a bonus mini episode featuring one of my substack poems. this episode is only a few minutes long, but I hope it brightens your day in some way. So this week's poem speaks to the quiet but powerful nudge. We often feel deep inside a creative longing that isn't random or trivial, but a sacred invitation from the soul. It's a reminder that your inner whisper is trying to guide you home to yourself through creative expression. When we allow ourselves to pause, create, and feel, we open up a direct line of communication with our inner truth, our past wounds, and our highest self.

There is a whisper in your heart. Not loud, but insistent. A gentle tug on a deep yearning, unfulfilled by [00:02:00] resistance Caught in a swirl of deceitful excuses. Another time, another day, maybe I'm just useless. That soft staring is no mistake. It's your soul nudging you awake, a quiet ache, a pathway to express your deepest truths.

Your soul says, come home, quiet the noise. Breathe through the tension. Let your hands remember what your mind forgot. Create not to impress, but to feel, to listen. To heal, each mark reveals a truth. Each color cradles a wound. Old stories soften. New meanings rise, and in the flow you find the divine. A sacred thread from your heart to the stars.
