Soul Activation: Inner Heart Space Sanctuary
[00:00:00] This episode is a gentle grounding episode featuring a soul activation meditation to bring you home to your inner heart space. It's focused on the simple principle of intentionally tuning into your heart's desires and honoring whatever comes up. Then allowing that to spill out into your home environment to support you day to day.
For me this month it's about honoring the call to deep rest and slowing things down a little to recalibrate. November feels heavier in our home. My daughter is moving through a tough patch with her mental health and it has reminded me to soften my plans, reduce the load and honor what is tender. If you are carrying a lot too, this one is for you.
You do not have to do more to be worthy. You are allowed to rest. Lately I'm choosing the smallest things that make a real difference. A day off work to slow down the home vibe. Silly time consuming games with my daughter. More [00:01:00] intentional planning of nourishing whole food meals, making light plans for a connection filled Christmas break.
One thing finished rather than many things started early nights. Phone on do not disturb permission to leave the mess here and there and to choose peace. From that softer place, I created a simple soul activation for you. It is a guided rest that helps you root down into the steadiness of the earth, then return to the soft, luminous center of your heart.
We will let that inner sanctuary spill gently into your home, so your space feels like an extension of your heart, a haven that holds you. So settle in somewhere comfortable. Let your shoulders drop, breathe, and allow this practice to meet you exactly where you are today.
. Welcome to this grounding meditation for inner heart space. Let's begin by arriving. Close your eyes gently and [00:02:00] allow the outer world to fade like mist at sunrise. Let your breath slow. Let your body soften. Let yourself arrive fully, completely into this one precious moment. Feel the rhythm of your breath rising, falling like ocean waves returning home.
You are safe to be here. You are safe to be still. There is nothing to fix. Nothing to prove. Just breathe. Just be, take a deep breath in, hold it, and exhale fully. And again, a deep breath in. Hold it and exhale fully. [00:03:00] Now bring your awareness to the base of your spine. Imagine roots ancient and wise unfurling gently from your body.
They reach down through soft soil, through stone and silence until they meet the steady heartbeat of the earth below. Feel yourself rooted, held by something older than time. The earth cradles you like a mother. Strong, steady, and endlessly patient. Let her ground you. Let her support you. Let your body remember you belong.
Now bring your awareness to the center of your chest
to the soft luminosity in the center of your heart [00:04:00] space. With each breath, imagine a warm light flickering to life, gentle at first, then growing brighter like the sun rising within you. The light opens a doorway, a passage into a sacred inner sanctuary, a place that exists only for you and has always existed within you.
What does it look like? A sun dappled forest glade, A candle lit room with softness and stillness. A wild blooming garden of memory and dreams. Let it reveal itself to you.
This is your inner heart space,
a place where your soul speaks. Where [00:05:00] your emotions soften, where your creative spirit breathes freely. Here in this sacred space, there is no rush. No judgment only, tenderness only truth. Place your hands over your heart and whisper inward. I am safe to return to my heart.
Feel these words land like petals, settling on still water. Let them seep into your bones, your blood, your breath. This is the soil where self-love grows. Not in striving, but in remembering, not in perfection, but in presence. Now, ask your heart,[00:06:00]

return now to your breath, to the room, and to your physical self. Wiggle your fingers, your toes. stretch in any way. Your body asks. And when you're ready, open your eyes carrying the warmth of this space with you.
