A love letter to the wise centre within. This minisode invites you to rest, listen, and remember the quiet truth that blooms even in life’s weeds.

3 benefits of listening

  • Feel soothed and steady as you reconnect with your inner heart space.
  • Hear the gentle signals of your heart and let them guide simple, loving boundaries.
  • Receive a poetic reminder that you are already worthy, already connected to purpose.

Episode summary
This piece honours the way the heart blooms in the mess and the mundane, not only in polished moments. It reminds us the heart never asks for perfection. It whispers us back to what is real and steadies the nervous system with a soft, moonlit calm. From that calm, the centre becomes a seedbed for desire and dream, the first spark of creative fire.

The poem also frames the heart as compass and sanctuary. Rest and courage live side by side. Whispers can become sudden clarity that moves us into action. At its core, this is about rightful belonging. Meaning, love, and service are named as birthright. Rooted in heart wisdom, our lives become an honest bloom, grown in real soil, guided by inner light.

Reflection question
Which part of your heart’s bloom is most alive right now — the soft petals of rest, the wild spark of courage, the tender seeds of desire, or the gentle boundary that keeps the bugs at bay — and what one small action today will honour it?

Poetry Minisode: Bloom of My Heart

[00:00:00] This episode is my monthly poetry minisode. So this piece is a love letter to the wise center Within. It honors the way the heart blooms in the mess and the mundane, not only in the polished moments. Blossoms in the weeds speaks to resilience and tender a kind of courage.

The poem reminds us that the heart never asks for perfection. It speaks in quiet signals that soften fear and bring us back to what is real. The heart here is also a compass. When we feel unmoored, it invites us to return with trust and set simple loving boundaries that keep the bugs at bay. The moonlit petals offer calm and steadiness, a soothing glow for the nervous system and spirit.

From that calm, the center becomes a seed bed for desire and dreams. The first spark of creative fire, there is a beautiful tension between softness and wildness. The heart is sanctuary and spark. Whispers can [00:01:00] become sudden clarity, a flash that moves us from insight into action, rest, and fight. Live side by side.

We are allowed to exhale to be held, and we are also allowed to rise and protect what matters. At its core, the poem is about rightful belonging, meaning love and service are named as birthright. When we root in the wisdom of the heart, we remember that we are already worthy, already connected to purpose.

From that place, our lives become an honest bloom, grown in real soil, guided by inner light. As you are listening to this poem, I invite you to reflect which part of your heart's bloom is most alive right now? The soft petals of rest, the wild spark of courage, The tender seeds of desire or the gentle boundary that keeps the bugs at bay.

And what's one small action today that will honor it

now for the poem. Enjoy[00:02:00]

bloom of my heart. My heart holds a magic that blossoms in the weeds. Its bloom is soft and gentle. Yet also wild and free. It doesn't ask for perfection. It's intelligent. Beyond my years, it speaks to me and whispers that soften my tender fears. Whenever I lose my compass, my heart paves the way. If I return to it with trust, it knows how to keep the bugs at bay.

It's petals, shimmer, moonlight that soothe and calm the day. Its center holds the seeds of desire, dreams, and sparkle that transform my soul, soft voice into violent bolts of lightning that fire up the way, a place to rest and nurture. A place to safely fight For the meaning, love and service.[00:03:00]

That is my soul's birthright.
