Systems Approach to Monitoring and Evaluation Learning
In this episode, Dr. Jessica Horler, a seasoned programme evaluator with nearly a decade of experience in South Africa's nonprofit sector, shares her journey from psychology to the world of program evaluation. Co-founding an evaluation consultancy in 2017, Jessica has dedicated much of her career to supporting early childhood development (ECD) organisations.
In 2024, she completed her doctorate in Programme Evaluation, focusing on how systems thinking can enhance monitoring, evaluation, and learning in ECD nonprofits. Currently based at DataDrive2030, Jessica works with ECD organisations to leverage data for improving the quality of early learning programs.
