I thought Paris was going to be the chapter where I built everything.

The business. The momentum. The proof.

Instead, I moved five times, hit a wall I couldn't explain, and ended up face to face with a wound I'd been circling for years — one I knew about, but had never fully walked through.

Turns out you can know something your whole life and still not have lived it.

In this episode I'm talking about what happened when I stopped trying to build outward and had to go inward instead. About the difference between journaling about a wound and actually sitting inside it. About the question that shifted everything — what did I gain from repeating this cycle? — and why that answer is harder than it sounds.

Because sometimes the thing keeping you stuck isn't the wound itself. It's the identity you built around it. The role you learned to play so well you forgot it wasn't you. And changing that identity feels like a loss — even when what's on the other side is everything you actually want.

We also talk about alchemy. About how water doesn't erase itself when it changes form. And why becoming who you're ready to be doesn't mean erasing who you were.

Silence isn't always disappearance.
 Sometimes it's integration.
