Grief is my New Hobby
This is the grief podcast that refuses to follow the rules. It's a not self-help podcast, it's self-honesty.
Losing both of my parents before I turned 30 has been one of the shi*test experiences and navigating a lot of big emotions has been a challenge. From laughing awkwardly whilst waiting for coroners to trying to understand probate jargon.
This podcast is here to f*ck off the stigma around grief and remind you that you don't have to do this alone.

Hot weather, grief, and a brain full of melted mess. In this solo episode, Zoe leans into the brain mush energy and gets honest about why a heatwave can make everything feel heavier, messier, and somehow even more emotional. It’s funny, raw, and a little unhinged in the most relatable way basically, a sweaty little survival guide for anyone trying to function while melting. Okay maybe not a survival guide but there is like a whole two tips?
