John has built a distinguished career working in Alaska’s North Slope region, where he holds key roles in upstream oil and gas operations. His on-site responsibilities spans project planning, logistics coordination, and industrial instrumentation and automation—often in some of the most remote and challenging environments on the North Slope.
After years of professional achievement in the field, John pivoted back to his roots in Kenai, channeling his expertise into the local real estate market. He now owns and manages a versatile portfolio that includes rental properties, multiple short term vacation rentals, and strategic fix-and-flip investments.
Beyond work, John is an avid traveler and proud dad. With his daughter by his side, he’s explored five of the world’s seven continents—instilling a passion for cultural exploration and global awareness.
