Joe and Hamp are BACK in the Stick Lounge Studio — finally! After weeks of going mobile (Live at Creole Soul, Live at the Bayside Ball, and even a wild “swapcast” with Seattle Music Is Real), the crew returns home to break down all the recent remote episodes and the madness behind them. 

This week, Hamp gears up for the Catfish Fry Cook Off, where he’ll be throwing down against multiple restaurants in a battle hosted by Seattle Music Is Real and hip‑hop artist MariBased1. The competition is heating up… and so is Hamp’s trash talk. 

Meanwhile, Cassie decided she was “too tired” to show up — so Hamp steps in with a spot‑on Cassie impression that carries the whole episode. It’s ridiculous. It’s disrespectful. It’s perfect. 

In Hot as Fish Grease, Hamp calls out someone who tried to keep him out of a food truck event with the world’s lamest excuse: “I heard your truck got broken into.” 

No it didn’t. Nobody said that. If you don’t want Dat Creole Soul involved, just say nothing — don’t invent a fake crime scene. 

Then in Paranormal Corner, Joe gives a quick update on the Missing Scientists case and a rapid‑fire breakdown of the congressional hearing on MK Ultra. Government experiments, mind control, cover‑ups — it’s wild.
