The spiritual landscape is transforming for believers who've proven faithful at previous levels. This isn't random blessing; it's strategic advancement as God entrusts you with more of Himself—greater authority, deeper revelation, and expanded influence. The upgrading process often feels uncomfortable because transformation requires breaking down before building up. Those external difficulties causing pain? They're strategic tools reshaping you for what's ahead.
The connection between humility and promotion remains a foundational biblical principle. First Peter 5:6 reminds us that exaltation comes in "due time" for those positioned under God's authority. This isn't about climbing earthly ladders but ascending spiritual heights as God takes you from glory to glory. The stretching pain you feel is evidence of growth—proof that God is increasing your capacity to carry more of His presence and purposes.
We're witnessing a generation learning to trust God's process even when external circumstances contradict His promises. True spiritual maturity means rejoicing amid challenges, holding onto faith despite unanswered questions, and recognizing that divine promotion isn't just about personal blessing but kingdom advancement. God is passionate about you—are you equally passionate about Him?
The enemy desperately wants to use external distractions to derail your promotion. Don't fall for it. Fix your gaze on the internal work God is doing. If He's prompting you to walk away from something or someone, trust His direction. What awaits you at the next level exceeds your imagination. Your upgrade is happening now. Trust the process as God shifts you toward something better than you've ever known.

It is of the essence. It's critical that we understand the timing and the season of God, how God is moving, what God is saying In this hour. This is a time of divine promotion. I heard that word come divine advancement. A word came last week. The word is simply upgrade, upgrade. There's a shifting that is taking place, shifting elevation. We talked about that in our previous episode. That elevation because of the transformation that has taken place in our lives. God is elevating us, he's transforming us, he's taking us beyond barriers and beyond limits. There is no limit. We prophesy and speak that in your life today that there is no limit, there's no boundary, there's nothing holding you. There's increase surrounding you. So understanding the timing of God is of the essence. Understanding the timing of God is of the essence. There is great calamity, there are many challenges across the globe, there are many difficulties. People are facing traumatic situations. People are facing traumatic situations. There is chaos in the land, there's evil in the land, there's trouble in the land, but God is still God and for those of you who have remained faithful, you have kept yourself humble under the mighty hand of God. God is saying this is your time for promotion and we're just going to prophesy that to you right now. Speak a word of life in your life, in your ear, saying promotion is now. Promotion is now. God is elevating you, god is increasing you. This is the right moment. He said I will exalt you if you humble yourself. So, understanding the connection between being humble and being exalted, being humble and being promoted, being humble and being elevated, being humble and being raised up, being humble and being lifted, as we are under the mighty hand of God, as we are trusting him, in this very moment there's an elevation, there's a shift that has taken place. Amen.

Welcome everyone to Sweet Fire, the podcast. It's just great to be here with you and we're looking forward to this new series, to this new series that we are starting today. July the 8th 2025. July the 8th. I love those numbers 2025. 7 being the number of completion, 8 being the number of beginning. So God is starting. There's a new thing that's taking place. He said behold, I being the number of beginning. So God is starting. There's a new thing that's taking place. He said behold, I will do a new thing. So we're in a new season, we're in a new time and a new moment, and we want to say welcome, intercessor. Why don't you greet the people?
Speaker 2:Good to have you Good to be here. Good evening, people of God. I know normally, you know, when somebody hears the word promotion, you get excited behind that right Promotion. So this is a time to be excited, people of God, because it is truly promotion time. It's a time of elevation, it's a time of upgrading and this is truly a time to be excited.
Speaker 2:Those things that have come to try to distract us, to try to move us a little bit, challenging our faith, attacking our faith Amen. Those things are things that God is allowing because he is stretching us, as this is the time for elevation, this is the time for upgrade, this is promotion time. So those things that are making us uncomfortable, those, those are the very things that God is using to stretch us to, to grow us, as he is elevating us, as he is promoting us, as he is entrusting us with more I'm going to say that last part again as he is entrusting us with more right, because typically that's what promotion is. Promotion means that you're being trusted, we're being trusted with more. We're being trusted with more because we proved ourself faithful when we were on the other level. We proved ourselves faithful at ground level, right. So now God is elevating us and he is entrusting us with more.
Speaker 2:So we are definitely here on this evening to encourage you, to encourage each and every one, because it is difficult in a lot of people's lives right now. But just be encouraged on this evening, because it is promotion time, people of God. It is promotion time, it's time of elevation, it's a time of upgrade. So we really here are again, are here on this evening to just encourage you. Stay uplifted, stay encouraged, because who is telling us that it's promotion time? God, god, and last week Chad. God's not going to save something if he's not going to do it right. God is not going to say something if he is not going to do it. So we can take God at his word. It is promotion time.
Speaker 1:That's it. It is promotion time and we have a responsibility to trust in the plan of God, trust God's plan, trust God's timing, trust his word. When we look at the first Peter, five, six here is where he's saying humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God, that he may be or that he may exalt you in due time. So there's a due time. Now is the time, this is due time. This is the moment in the season where elevation promotion is taking place, where the upgrade and this is the title of this new series is upgrade, upgrade, a different position, a higher ranking. God is lifting you higher and then, when we look at the grade, it's your ranking, it's the degree that he's raising you up. It's all because of the transformation, it's because of your faithfulness, is because you're, it's because you're trusting what he's doing, whether you like it or not, whether you understand it or not. And that's when God really begins to move in us, is when we trust him. Whether we understand what God is doing or not, we can simply say that it's the Lord's doing and it's marvelous in our eyes. So, and then we look at Psalm 75, six through seven.
Speaker 1:That scripture lets us know that promotion and power come from God alone. Who has the power, who has the ability to promote? God himself, who has the power? God himself. So we're thankful for this word of encouragement and we have to understand how important also it is for us to be God reliant. It's not our doing. A lot of people trust in promotions. You know when man promotes you on the job and you know that's a big deal. It's nice to be elevated, it's nice to be promoted. To who much is given, much is required. But understanding the essence of being God reliant, depending on God, deeply trusting God, depending on him for everything, and knowing that this is your time, and this is a word, this is a word that is coming to penetrate your life, to penetrate your heart, that this is the timing of God for your life. Promotion is now. Come on, intercessor.
Speaker 2:I love the tie-in of humility. I love that tie-in, you know, with humility, because that is such a major factor, a major, you know, a fundamental, if you will. You know a fundamental, if you will, a major ingredient, you know, that is added to promotion. You know, we have to humble ourselves where under under the mighty hand of God, and to humble ourselves under the mighty hand of God. That means we have to have a level of trust like none other. The world, the level of trust that we, as the children of God, the followers of Christ, have to have. The world, they don't understand that level of trust Because, see, that level of trust, you know, we trust in God, even when it's painful, we trust in God, even when it hurts, we trust in God, even when it's painful, we trust in God, even when it hurts. We trust in God even when we don't understand. We trust in God, even when we have those questions. We trust in God even when we can't trace them. Trace them, excuse me. And then, that trust in God, that level of trust that we have in God, what does it also ignite? It ignites a level of rejoicing. What does it also ignite? It ignites a level of rejoicing, you know a level of rejoicing, rejoicing, you know when, when it it just appears that all is not well, but yet we're rejoiceful, we're full of hope. You know we're full, yet still full of expectation. Yeah, we're still, you know, full of faith.
Speaker 2:The world, they don't understand that, that level of humility, that level of trust, but that's what it means to really be humbled under the mighty hand of God. We're holding unto trust, we're holding unto joy, we're holding unto faith, even when we don't understand, even when we have questions, questions, questions that we ask God, like God. Why is it going this way? Why is it not going the way that I thought it would go? Why do I have to go through this right now, at this time in my life? Why are these things happening right now, at this moment of my life? But yet, though, I don't understand, I trust you. Yet I don't get it, but I trust you. Yet it's making me uncomfortable, but I'm going to go with you regardless. That's something that the world, they, don't understand, that's foreign to them, that's a foreign concept. But this is, you know, a humility according to biblical perspective.
Speaker 2:And those of us who have really latched on to what it truly means to be humbled according to biblical perspective, my God, again I say this is a time to truly rejoice people of God, because God understands how difficult it has been to trust him. I'm going to say that again. God has understood how difficult it has been to trust him, but yet, those of us who have remained yet still trusting him, though it has been painful, though the growth spurts have hurt, the stretching has truly hurt us. The stretching has truly hurt us we can be excited because we've been trusting in God, who's not a man that he shall lie, neither the son of man that he shall repent. We have been yet still trusting in God.
Speaker 2:In him the promises are yes and in him are amen. This is who we have been trusting in and he is getting ready to show up and show out in a way that's going to blow our minds. People of God, now unto him, who was able to do exceedingly, abundantly, above all, that we can ask or think according to the power that worketh within us. According to the power that worketh within us, god is going to blow our minds. He's going to exceed that which we have been hoping for. He is going to exceed that which we have been hoping for. Why?
Speaker 1:Because we have yet remained a people still trusting him, still humbling ourselves under his mighty hand, under his hand, under his control, under his authority, under his will, under his word, my God, and so that stretching, how God is stretching us, because there's a trust in him, a level of trust in him that exceeds the boundaries, that goes beyond the limits, we're trusting and he's stretching. We're trusting and he's stretching. And so this is where divine advancement comes into play, where we're experiencing advancement Remember the word divine now that which proceeds from God, that which comes from God, advance, advancement in our spiritual life, leading us to new levels of authority, new levels of influence, new levels of understanding, new levels of possibility In him, in him. There is no, there is no limit. So there's an upgrading that's taking place in the spirit. There's God is taking you now to, to, uh, higher levels in the realm. There's a shifting in the realm of the spirit, different new dimensions in God himself Because, like we talked about last week, uh, we, we, we shared on how, we, how we gaze upon the glory, how we consistently gaze upon the glory, and the more we do, he takes us from one level of glory to the next, and we are being what Transformed into the image of him, becoming more like him, looking like him as a reflection in the mirror.
Speaker 1:We're going from one level to the next. This is time of upgrading. This is a time where God is moving in and he's moving you and shifting you into new spiritual realms where there's the realities of living a godly life, the reality of living holy, the reality of trusting him is becoming more alive and more apparent in your life. It's a living, a living activity. It's not how I want to say this. It's an active and living activity. The stretching that God is doing, the advancement and the promotion, and so an understanding that this increase, this level of promotion, is leading to a greater capacity. A greater capacity within us, a deeper intimacy with God, a greater discernment, the more profound our understanding will become of his word and what his plan is for our lives.
Speaker 2:Amen, yeah, yeah, that's very key. You know, with this upgrade right, with this promotion, with this elevation, hear me, people of God, with this upgrade, with this promotion, with this elevation, right, god, this is God saying that he can trust us with more of him. He can trust us with more of him. He can trust us with more of him, right, that's what that from glory to glory is all about. He can trust us with more of him. You know, there's some a level of intimacy that God wants to, that he desires to have with his children, with his image bearers right, there's a level of intimacy that he desires to have with us. But, see, we have to get to a place where God is able to say I can trust him with more of me, I can trust her with more of me. That's that from glory to glory, just like in a natural relationship.
Speaker 2:You know, women, that guy that we start dating, guys, that young lady that you start dating, right, we're not so quick to show all of us or to give all of us to somebody that we really don't know, that we really don't feel as if we can trust. Right, we're very standoffish in the beginning. You know, that's where that dating comes in and as, the longer that we're in that relationship with that one, we find that we're able to trust them with more of us. That's the same with God, that's the same with God. And for those that with whom God is saying that he can trust us with more of him, my God, this is truly a time to get excited because, with God trusting us with more of him, that means greater power, that means greater authority, that means deeper revelation, deeper revelation, knowledge. My God, this is a time, people of God, to truly be excited and not to be so, you know, moved by what we see or how it feels don't be moved by what you see or how it feels.
Speaker 1:a word that came from, a word that came up believe it was last week about those things that are external, that move us. Those things are just external, that are distracting, where many are unable to identify, are not aware of the elevation that's taking place on the inside, the promotion into the different realms of the spirit that are taking place on the inside. Why? Because the external activity that has taken place and we have to understand as well that when we talk about upgrading the spirit of God, upgrading us, lifting us, there has to be some breaking down. When there's an upgrade, it's because there's been a demolition. Things have been broken down old mindsets, old ways, old behavior patterns, old attitudes. The old man, god, has to break that down and we have to allow him, under his mighty hand, being humble, allow him to break those things down, trusting in him, trusting in him, even though there's disappointment, there's been delay, there's been some things that have, uh, have called many to lose focus and to lose track on the direction, lose track on the momentum, lose track on how God is carrying them through the challenge and the difficulty. Why? Because of the external things that are taking place outside of who they are, outside of God's word, outside of what God is doing on the inside.
Speaker 1:If you are struggling, if you have been having a difficult time, if you have been hurt and disappointed and it seems like the blessing of God on your life has been delayed, we're here to let you know. This is your time of upgrading. There's an increase that is resting on your life. God is moving you forward. God is thrusting your life forward. My God, come on. Intercession, come on, come on. Oh my goodness, trust the process.
Speaker 2:Trust the process. Trust the process. Trust the process. I can't say that enough. People of God. Trust the process. God knows exactly what he is doing. If God is saying walk away, walk away. If God is saying walk away, walk away, people of God, you know we have to become so passionate. God is passionate about us. We know that right, god is passionate about us. God is passionate about us. We have to have that same level of passion about God. We have to have that same level of passion about God, people of God. So trust the process. Trust the process. This is for somebody out there this evening. Trust the process.
Speaker 2:If God is saying let it go, let it go. If he's saying walk away, walk away, because where God is taking you, man of of glory, that God is taking us to, god wants to use you in such a mighty way. Trust the process. What is in store for you on this next level, you cannot even imagine. You cannot even imagine. From glory to glory, my God. Trust the process. God has not brought us this far to leave us, nor to forsake us. If God said it, he is going to do it. God's hand is upon our lives to do good in our lives and not evil. Trust the process.
Speaker 2:Let's get our eyes off of the external. The devil wants to use the external to distract us. The devil wants to use the external to keep us separated from God. The devil wants to use the external to stop us from going to the next level. The devil wants to use the external to stop us from being upgraded. He wants to use the external to stop us from being upgraded. He wants to use the external to stop us from being promoted. Let us not focus on the external. If the external is painful, if the external is hurting, if the external is causing some tears to be shed, my God, god, is allowing it for purpose, for a greater purpose. We must trust the process.
Speaker 1:Trust the process. God is shifting you towards better. God is shifting you upward, towards greater, towards bigger, my God, towards better. God has better for your life. God has better for your life. God has bettered for your life. And this is just a. This is to enter, this is a segue into this series Upgrade. Somebody ought to open up your mouth and declare that God is upgrading your life, he's upgrading your spiritual life. He's upgrading you. He's upgrading you. There's an uplifting. God is shifting you. He has shifted your mind. He has shifted your heart. He's shifting you, my God. I see it in the spirit, but I see some things in the natural where God is shifting you, my God, he knows, he knows, oh my God, how to take care of you, and I hear that God will take care of you.
