How to survive the flame when what attracts you burns
“Sweet-Fire” - The Podcast
“It’s in the Wind” - Upgrade - Series 5
What if the very winds threatening to destroy you were actually designed to elevate you? This revelation forms the heart of our powerful exploration into how God uses life's storms as vehicles for supernatural promotion.
The divine wind blowing through your circumstances carries specific purposes—grace that grants access to provision, deliverance that sets captives free, wisdom that releases heavenly strategies, and understanding that clears confusion. Like eagles who strategically use windstorms to soar higher, believers can harness these spiritual forces to rise above their troubles rather than being consumed by them.
For those feeling trapped in seemingly impossible situations, this message brings profound hope. God has already prepared your strategy of escape and is imparting the wisdom, direction and courage needed to walk in freedom. The traumatic experiences and severe trials you've endured aren't meant to destroy you—they're positioning you for elevation as God carries you through.
Perhaps most challenging is how this divine wind affects relationships. Many find themselves in uncomfortable, unsatisfying connections that God is divinely interrupting. The discomfort signals necessary separation for sanctification. Though painful, this process creates space for authentic alignment with God's purposes and the call to holiness.
When we stop resisting God's wind and instead spread our wings in surrender, we discover His ability to lift us above circumstances that once threatened to overwhelm us. The automatic win comes not from avoiding storms but from recognizing God's presence within them and allowing Him to transform what was meant for destruction into the very vehicle for your deliverance.
Are you ready to stop fighting the wind and instead let it carry you to heights you never imagined possible? Your healing, deliverance, and divine purpose await in the shift.

The Lord has been speaking, moving, prophesying, declaring, making things clear. There's been a clarity that has come forth in this season, that has come forth through this podcast. That has come forth through this podcast. God has been speaking to us regarding the fact that there are no limitations, there are no boundaries in God. Yes, humans, people, we, us, we are limited, but in God there are indeed no limitations. Let's make that clear. In God there are no limitations. We have been speaking and sharing on being promoted, on being elevated, on being lifted, on God raising us up. There is a shifting and a sifting and God has really been proving himself. He's been showing up and for many of us, it has been through severe experience that we're experiencing the elevation. It has been through trauma that we are experiencing the elevation. Yes, some of us, some of us, have actually had to go through and are going through some severe traumatic crisis in our lives in order to receive the elevation, in order to receive the promotion. Yes, you've been troubled. Yes, you've shed tears. Yes, you've been hurt. Yes, you've been disappointed. Yes, you've been shaken. Yes, you shed tears. Yes, you've been hurt. Yes, you've been disappointed. Yes, you've been shaken. Yes, oh my God, you're going through some things. But you're going through those things, but you're not. God is carrying you through those things. So let's make that clear, that, excuse me, that God is carrying us through. That's why, why, again, the fact is, there is no limitation, there's no limitation on your life. There's no limitation on where God is taking me. There's no limitation on what God is doing in you. There's no limitation on what God is doing through you. There's no limitation on what God oh, my God is is doing for you. And so we encourage you today. We encourage you. Today. We want to also talk about how there is a connection. We've been talking about don't faint. We put that in the air. We've prophesied, we spoke life. Don't faint, Don't faint, don't faint. Many people give up, many people throw in the towel. Many people fold. Oh my God. Many people give up. Many people throw in the towel. Many people fold, oh my God. Many people fall back. But many people fall apart when something hits their life. But God is saying today we're going to be talking a little bit and sharing a little bit on Isaiah 40, verses 28 through 31. Isaiah 40, verses 28 through 31 oh, my shot where? At the end of that, it says but you will walk and not faint and we're gonna talk about that. But understand, there is an interconnection. There is an interconnection with with that scripture, with that 40, 28 through 31,. There's an interconnection with that text and the connection there is with the wind of God, the breath of God, the ruach of God, how God blows, how God moves, what happens when the wind of God blows in your life, and we're going to be talking about that.
Speaker 1:I am your host, dr Lydia Michelle Young. I am here in the studio with my co-host, my home girl. My God, she's a bad girl in God and I appreciate her ministry. I appreciate the anointing the fire of God. Oh, shout out that. Rest on her life. She's amazing, she's humble, she's committed, she's dedicated. None other than intercessor Janine Nicole is in the building. God bless you, intercessor Greet. The people Say God bless you to the people and I hope you're doing a wonderful day.
Speaker 2:Amen. God bless you. People of God. As you were, the Lord was ministering through you. Doctor, I was hearing two words testing and proving Right In your introduction. As you were opening up, you were saying how God is proving himself Right.
Speaker 2:There's been a shifting in the atmosphere and God is proving himself in the midst of this shift. In the midst of this shift, with God proving himself in the midst of this shifting that has taken place in the life of God's people. This is also a time of testing. A time of testing right To see. Are we really going to trust and believe God during this shifting? Are we really going to trust and believe that God is who he says he is in the midst of this shifting? Are we going to truly be the people of God who are found standing on Christ, the solid rock upon which we stand? All of the ground is sinking sand during the midst of this shifting, because, in actuality, that's what Isaiah, chapter 40, is all about.
Speaker 2:Right, it's, you know, ministering to the people. Do we not understand who it is that we serve? Do we not understand that we serve the almighty God? We serve the creator of heaven and earth. It doesn't matter what our life circumstances look like we are in a relationship, a covenant relationship, with God himself, so testing, and also there is. He's proving to his sons and daughters who he truly is in our lives. Amen, this is the season that we are in and I'm definitely excited to be here on this evening for another dynamic, prophetic episode here at Sweet Fire the podcast. Again, God bless you all.
Speaker 1:God bless you all. Sweet Fire the Podcast how to survive the flame when what attracts you burns. How to survive the flame when what attracts you burns. I'm feeling led to do this intercession, I'm feeling led to say something. I'm feeling led to share something. Okay, so I did. I made the statement because it's a fact.
Speaker 1:God spoke through me regarding the trauma and the severity of what people are going through, and me myself have been really experiencing, you know, probably for the past 20 years, on and off, but pretty frequently, frequently a situation with someone who was very close to me, where many times my life has been in danger. Many times I've been cussed out, many times I've been called names and I recently had an experience where I literally had to escape and I heard the Lord say that I am not the only one who has been held against their will. I shared a word things that happened behind closed doors. The things that happened behind closed doors Because years ago, as many of you know, I was raped at gunpoint and those were some things that took place behind those closed doors. There was no one in that room except for me and the enemy me and the oh Shabbat God was present, but there were just two people in that room, in that house, and I was held against my will, gunpoint, for hours, and God allowed me to release me the following morning that there are some people who are being held against your will.
Speaker 1:I want to speak to you, those of you who are in a closet, those of you who are hiding. Thank you, god for reminding me, hallelujah, that there are some people who are in a position that you can't get out, you can't escape. Right now. You don't feel safe, you are scared, you are fearful. But there is a way for you to hear this broadcast. There is a way God is making a way for you to hear. You have access to hearing. God's going to allow you to hear this word, my God, that you are in a situation that where it seems like all hope is gone. You're in a situation where it feels like your and that is something that I just went through. I'm talking about a shotgun and a long butcher knife.
Speaker 1:Okay, trapped in a house, could not get out, but God made a way of escape. I'm here to let know, sha, I prophesied to you that God has a way of escape for you. God is going to bring you out. God is going to give you a strategy. God is going to show you. God is going to tell you when to move, how to move. God is going to show you. God is going to tell you when to move, how to move. God is going to impart to you right now and when we talk about impartation, it's talking about activating what's already in you. God is going to impart to you. God is going to give you a strategy and a way. Oh, my God, God is going to make a way for you. There is hope. There is life, my God, there's a new God. There's a new breath coming. There's a new wind coming, and we're going to talk about that wind.
Speaker 1:What happens when the wind blows? There's a wind that's blowing in the lives of the people. There's a wind that's blowing in the lives of God's people. God's breath is blowing. When wind blows, there's a high pressure. Come on, think about it.
Speaker 1:When the wind of God is blowing in your life, or when wind blows, just think about it in a natural sense. When wind blows, there is high pressure. What happens? The temperatures begin to change. It may be hot in your life. You may be in a situation where you can't stand the heat. It may get cold in your life, my God. The temperature may be dropping. You're uncomfortable because there's no balance in the temperature in your life. Objects begin to move. Debris begins to blow my God, there's trash that blows. Wind is so strong that it could pick up a car and make the car fly. Wind is so strong it could tear a house apart. Wind can move an entire city. That's how strong wind is. It impacts our perception, it impacts our breathing.
Speaker 1:And God said many are dealing with the winds of life. You're dealing with the winds of life, but God is in the wind. There's a wind that's blowing in your life, but God's going to go. He's going to use that wind, going to go. He's going to use that wind to increase you. He's going to use that wind to restore you. He's going to use that wind to move some things and some stuff out of your life, out of your way, out of your mind, out of your spirit. God is using the wind, my God, to give you a fresh start. He's using the wind to give you a new, fresh beginning. God is using the wind, oh, my God, because he's going to do something great in your life. You've got to believe it. You've got to trust him. You've got to receive this word. Come on, intercessor, come on, jump in here.
Speaker 2:Jump in. God is using the wind.
Speaker 1:God is using the wind.
Speaker 2:And when we take a look at Isaiah, chapter 40, verses 28 through 31, right, they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up, mount up as wings. They shall mount up on wings as eagles. They shall mount up on wings as eagles. Amen. Eagles, people of God. Eagles, they, they swore they soar. Right, eagles fly high Eagles, don't they? They don't fly with just any type of bird, right, they fly with other eagles. Eagles, they have vision. Eagles are tenacious, right. And eagles, they use the wind storm to lift them up. I'm going to say that again Eagles, they use the wind storm to lift them up.
Speaker 2:People of God, here right now. It's a struggle out here right now. Why? Because we are a people who refuse to give up on God. We are a people who have made a life's determination for Christ we shall live and for Christ we shall die. We are a people who have vision. Our vision is set on Christ. Our vision is set on the King of glory. Our vision is fixed, amen, on the word of God. We are a people who are tenacious. We have already been through so much. We touched on that a couple of weeks ago. If we look back over our lives. We will see the tests and the trials, the tribulations that at that time, we thought was going to take us out. But here we are on today, in 2025. Many of us never thought we would even make it this far, but yet here we are. Why? Because we are a tenacious people to break it all the way down. Who are we? We are the eagles. We are eagles, people of God.
Speaker 2:Somebody ought to say that I am an eagle. I am an eagle. I am an eagle. Let us make a determination to use the wind storms to lift us up, to use the wind storms to lift us up. Let us make a determination on this evening to use the wind storms to lift us up. We are the body of Christ. We should not be walking around with our heads hanging low. We are the body of Christ. We should not be walking around feeling defeated. We are the body of Christ. We should never glorify the trials and the tribulations. We are the body of Christ. We should never glorify the trials and the tribulations. We are the body of Christ. We ought to be speaking the promises of God. We are the body of Christ. We ought to enter into the storm knowing that the fight is fixed. Because we are the body of Christ, we automatically win body of Christ.
Speaker 1:We automatically win. The win is automatic. The win W-I-N is automatic. Why? Because you're in the win W-I-N-B of God. I love that. I love that, thank you. Thank you, intercessor. Thank you, thank you. Thank you, intercessor.
Speaker 1:My God, there are some gusts of wind, g-s-t-s gusts of wind that are blowing and they're blowing and they're strong. They're strong, and when we think about the wind of God, which really is a metaphor, represents the Holy Spirit, the wind of God, the Holy Spirit, right, it's about his presence. So, while you're going through right, while you're in a struggle, while you're having a hard time, while you're shedding tears, while you're going through a depression, you know why you can't seem to get it together, why your thoughts are not clear, why you're feeling low and why you're feeling down. The presence of God is in that wind that's blowing in your life. The power my God of his presence, the power of God, my God, is very present. The activity of God, the wind that's blowing, is the activity of God in your life. And again, there's a shifting in the wind, there's a shaking in the wind, there's a sifting in the wind, but in that God is sustaining you. Are you still here? Are you still breathing. Oh, my God, I could say today. I didn't know I would be. A few days ago I thought it was up, I thought it was over, hallelujah but I still have the breath of God and many of you, you're still here, you're still breathing. There's still life, there's still hope, there's still the word of God, the hand of God upon your life. God is blowing. Intercessor, understand, there's a wind of grace, there's a release of grace, there's the wind of grace, a release of grace where that wind, that wind that blows that grace wind that blows it, opens the door to grant access to the provision God is providing in your wind. God is providing in your storm. God is providing in your trouble. God is providing in your storm. God is providing in your trouble. God is providing for you.
Speaker 1:Wild winds, the breath of God, wild winds, gust of winds. There's a delivering wind, my God, I heard the Lord say. There's a delivering wind, a delivering wind where God is setting free. He's setting free from torment, he's setting free, oh, my God, from those things that seem to trouble you. God is delivering. There's a delivering wind that is moving in the atmosphere, that is moving amongst the people of God, that is moving amongst the children of God that is moving in homes. There is a delivering wind.
Speaker 1:Receive deliverance today. Salvation is yours today. Life is yours today. Receive God, receive this word, receive life, receive the hope that's been extended to you. Grace wind is released in your life. Delivery when it's being released right now. We prophesy to you right now the release of grace in your life. We release deliverance in your life. We release it now.
Speaker 1:There is a drawing out and a setting apart. God is rescuing my God. There's a way of escape that God has made for you and God's going to spit to you. You've got to stop moving. Sometimes we're just too busy. We move too much, we think too much. Be still, my God. I hear the Lord. Be still, oh, my God, and see the salvation. Be still and hear God. God is speaking, but you can't hear him because there's a cluttering that's going on. But allow that wind to remove the clutter. That's what the wind is about. It's about removing the debris out of your life, moving the debris out of your mind, out of your thinking, out of your heart, out of your spirit. Come on out of your soul. Let God blow. Let God blow. Don't try to resist the wind, don't try to block the wind. Oh my God, let him blow. Let him blow. Come on, intercessor.
Speaker 2:Amen. I'm glad you said that. Uh, that that's what you know. The the wind is all about, amen. Hence the word shifting, right. Hence the word shifting. God is removing, right. He's uprooting and he's planting. I believe we talked about that not too long ago. God is uprooting and he is planting. He is uprooting, he is planting, amen. So hence the word shifting. There's some things that God is doing. People have got in this shift. That's why it's not comfortable. There's some things that God is doing in this shift. That's why it's not comfortable, because he's uprooting.
Speaker 2:There's even some severance. Right, there's some severing of ties. There's some severing of ungodly connections, right, there's some relationships that are being, you know, separated, right, stop fighting to hold on to that relationship, people of God. I'm going to speak that again because that's for somebody. Stop fighting to hold on to that relationship. There's been divine interruption. God is separating you from that one for a reason. There's purpose. Yes, it's going to be uncomfortable because that's a connection. Amen.
Speaker 2:When we have to walk away from a relationship a lot of times, what is that going to birth? That's going to birth some pain. That's going to birth some heartache. Why? Because that we were in a relationship. There's a connection there, but when God comes in and he it divinely interrupts and God is doing a separation, we are not to fight to hold on to that connection, people of God. We are not to fight to hold on to that relationship, people of God. We have to step back and we have to let God be God. Do we not know who God is? Amen?
Speaker 2:Going back to Isaiah, chapter 40, that's what the prophet was speaking he is God. He is all knowing, he knows what is ahead. God knows what is ahead. The prophets. We only know, amen, what God allows us to know. He gives us limited information. God is the only one who is all knowing, all of the time. He knows what lies ahead, so he knows what we have a need of. He knows what we need to be letting go of Amen. So we have to go with the shift, people of God. As uncomfortable as it may be, as painful as it may be, there's nothing wrong with shedding the tears, because it hurts. We are human. But we have to go with the ship and we have to trust that God knows what is best for us. What's in the wind is what we have need of Amen. What is in the wind is what we have need of people of God. So we have got to stand and trust and know that he is God and we have to be a people that let God be God.
Speaker 1:Let God be God. Yes, thank you, anacestor. You said something, and it's so true, about the relationships and how you know we should be comfortable in a relationship, but there is an uncomfortability, uh, many I I heard this while you were sharing that many are in relationships and they're uncomfortable. Many are relationships and they're unsatisfied. Many are relationships and they're unsure. That's, we are in relationships and they're, you know there, no, it's not solid, but shaky. And so, and with that, with that, but with a relationship with God, you find comfort. He is our comfort, he is our comfort. And again, there's a drawing out. Come on, there's in that wind, and I love that. You said that and thank you for that. That was in the wind is what we need, because in that wind he's throwing out In that wind he's throwing you out In that wind.
Speaker 1:He's throwing out some things, some things out of us. There's a purging, my God. There's an emptying out, my God. There's a cleansing, there's a purifying, there's a sanctifyingifying, and God is calling his people back to holiness. Holiness say that again.
Speaker 2:Holiness God is calling his people back to holiness.
Speaker 1:Amen, my God, so many people think that, uh, we got it, we made it, we, uh, we know God, I have a relationship with God, but you're living in a relationship that is not God, hallelujah. You comfortable in that thing, but something down deep on the inside of you saying, no, I'm really not that comfortable. I know that I'm not right, but I'm having a hard time letting this go. Because what happens when we break up? What happens when we're not in that relationship? What does it birth? Again, intercessor, you called it pain. It birthed depression. You know, people go into these types of low places and dark places when they have to sever a relationship or when they're not with that person that they, for that convenience or for that comfortability, even though they weren't comfortable, what sense does that make? They, they, they, they, they they're in a relationship that they're uncomfortable with. Right, but you can't tell them nothing. Right, because they think they right, they think they know God. But I'm here to let you know today, I'm here to let you know, that that relationship you're in is not God.
Speaker 1:Amen, don't be fooled, and all you preachers and pastors and leaders who are amening these relationships that are not of God, who are okaying it, who are applauding it, who are congratulating it. You are wrong. You're just as wrong as they are, and we speak against the lies of the enemy. We speak against that deceitful spirit that is coming from leadership that's supposed to be leading the church, that's supposed to be leading souls to Christ. You are in the wrong, you are in error and we speak against what you are doing. We speak against you going with the flow of the enemy. You ought to be helping and encouraging and drawing that one out. Come on. The win is about drawing out. The win is about setting apart. How can you be used by God if you don't want to be set apart? God sanctified us. God has sanctified us and called us out, brought us, drawn us out to separate us and sanctify us unto himself so he can use us for his glory.
Speaker 1:That relationship is wrong. Woman, you're wrong. Huh, shut up, man. Man, you're wrong, you're in the wrong relationship. Oh, my god, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm. We're gonna come back to that. We're gonna come back to that in another podcast. We're gonna dedicate a podcast specifically to that idea of these relationships that are so flamboyant in the body of christ, that are so, so flamboyant in the church, in the building. It's not so much the body of Christ, because if you're in that relationship, you're not a part of the body of Christ.
Speaker 1:You're just hanging around the body of Christ so that you can show out, so that you can be influential to other people. That's the enemy using you. And we're going to speak some sense into you. We're going to speak some life into you. And I know you don't like what I'm saying. I know you don't want to hear what I'm saying. No, the enemy don't like the truth. He's the father of life. But we are here to speak life. We are here to speak salvation. We are here to bring hope. We are here to speak the truth, oh my god, to set somebody free, to set the captive free. And that's what the delivering wind is about. It's about setting free those who are in captivity, those who are in captivity. There is a wind of wisdom. There is a wind of wisdom. That is where God is releasing, prophesying his plans. He's releasing his purpose, he's releasing his strategies to you so that you know how to maneuver in the wind that's blowing. Come on, intercessor in your life. Come on, come on.
Speaker 2:Intercessor, my God, my God, my God, my God, catch it, receive it, people of God, catch it and receive it. People of God, that was fire right there. Amen, hallelujah For those of you right now, my God, that this word has touched your heart, it has penetrated you. My God, you ought to celebrate and thank God for his word of deliverance. This is God summonsing you. This is God saying man of God, I'm calling you Woman of God, I'm calling you my God. It is not his will that any shall perish, but that all shall come to repentance. So if you are in a relationship and you are uncomfortable because you know it is ungodly Woman. If you are in a relationship with another woman, man. If you are in a relationship with another man, if you are in a fornicated relationship, woman of God, man of God, hear this word of deliverance. Right now, the wind that is blowing in your life is the wind of deliverance. God is summonsing you. God is trying to call you to your deliverance because God wants to set you free.
Speaker 2:Go with the shift, people of God. Go with the shift. You will hear my mantra the flaming sword, prayer ministry. Healing is painful, but it is worth the process. My God. It is painful, it is painful. It is painful, people of God, but it is worth the process. Go with the wind. God has everything that you need in the wind. Your healing is in the wind. Your deliverance is in the wind. Salvation is in the wind. The relationship that you really stand in need of is in the wind. People of God, go with the ship and receive what God has in store for you.
Speaker 1:It's in the wind. Go with the shift. Go with the shift and receive what God has for you Winds of wisdom where God wants us to know his plan. He wants to release to us the plans of heaven so that we can apply them to our lives in the earth. And God wants to release that to you the wind of wisdom, winds of understanding, understanding the mysteries, unlocking confusion and clearing minds. And that's what God is doing in the wind. Let the wind blow. Let the wind blow A divine wind.
Speaker 1:We talked about divine compensation. We talked about divine presence, we talked about divine intervention. We talked about my God, oh my God, divine, divine, divine, that which proceeds where, from God. A divine wind where there's an elevation, and we talked about that Elevation, promotion, a lifting, a raising. As you allow the wind of God, oh my God, like the eagle, come on eagle, come on eagle, get up and spread your wings and allow God to lift you above your trouble, above your trouble. And this release, the divine wind, is so that you and I will know the mind of God. And that's what's essential that we get the mind of God about everything, about every aspect of life, about every day, every moment of life that you would know and I prophesied my God as you receive this word that you will know, that you will comprehend, that you will understand the mind of God for your life and for the life of your children. Peace be to you, peace be to your house and peace be to all you have.
