“Heaven Has My Back” PT. 6 “How 2 Rise When Times are Lean”

“Sweet-Fire” The Podcast Season 4 Episode 6

A rare window is open—and it won’t stay open forever. We talk about recognizing a divine moment of favor, why momentum is mercy, and how to move when God speaks with clarity. If you’ve felt the nudge to start, plant, or relaunch what you shelved, this is your confirmation to walk through the window with courage.

We unpack what “heaven has our back” looks like in practice: angels on assignment, capacity you didn’t have last season, and wisdom to take a significant step. The conversation traces a pattern across scripture and life—how the remnant often rises in lean times—and turns it into a plan: plant the business or ministry, revisit old blueprints, and write the vision so it’s plain. You’ll hear the key words echoed by trusted voices—suddenly, unexpected, favor—and we translate them into practical moves that build traction today, not someday.

Distraction gets named as the loudest threat to destiny. We share simple ways to drown out the noise: empty what clutters your focus, rehearse truth about who you are, and set boundaries so you invest more in the vision you carry than in those you’re merely supporting. Expect a steady call to act now without panic—just clear steps, rooted identity, and renewed faith that what felt impossible before is possible in this open-window season.

If this speaks to you, take the next step: subscribe for future episodes, share this with someone who’s sitting on a dream, and leave a review with the one action you’ll take this week. Your yes matters—let’s move.

A divine window of grace. We are living in a moment. This is a moment, a moment where there is a divine window of grace, of a divine window of favor that the Lord has opened up to us, to a certain individual, to certain groups of people. There's a divine window that is opened up for your life. We thank God because we learned, um, and as we've been going on in this particular uh season, in this in these sessions, and uh in this series, uh, heaven has my back. Uh that it is indeed the host of heaven who has our back, the army of angels who have our back, who have been uh commanded by God, by the voice of God Himself, to communicate God's message, God's plan to us, to his people. So we're just grateful for this moment uh where he is uh put on assignment, his angels, my God, the host of heaven, to execute his plan concerning our lives. I am your host, Dr. Lydia Michelle Young, here with my co-host, intercessor, Janine Nicole. She's here, she's in the building, but more so, my God, our Lord and Savior, the Spirit of the Lord is here, and we're very grateful again for what he's doing in the season, for how he's speaking clearly. Uh, he is speaking precisely, clearly. There's a clear point that the Lord is going to make today for those of you who are listening. This is middle of the week Wednesday, midweek refreshing fire. Welcome again to Sweet Fire the podcast. And God bless you, intercessor.

SPEAKER_01:

How are you? God bless you. I'm doing great. God bless uh the people of God on this evening. Thank you for tuning in. The windows of heaven are open. The windows of heaven are open. Praise God. Are we gonna walk through? Let's walk through it. Are we gonna walk through it?

SPEAKER_00:

We're gonna walk through the window, walk through the window, see through the window. My god, climb through the window, however, God give it to you. Let's do it. Let's take this moment of this opportune moment because it is, it's it's an opportune moment, it's an opportune moment. And I heard this as God was preparing, it's a limited time. God will open up a window, he will open up a door, and if we don't act upon it, if we don't move upon the unction of the Holy Spirit, he will close that door. Amen. He has the the ability, God will do that. He'll close a window, he'll close a door for a period of time or for such a time. But there's a window, again, a divine window uh of grace that is open up to us, it's open up to us, and God is saying in this window, what we can see through this window, it's a moment in time, your opportunity to take a significant step in oh my God, the plan that God has mapped out for your life. Significant step. This thing is big, is big, it's something that you've been praying for, something that you've thought about, something that you've envisioned, something that you've hoped for, something that you believe that God has planned for your life, excuse me, something very significant, uh tailor-made for you, very significant. And and and then we talk about the divine, and I'm gonna let I'm gonna release it to you. The divine window of grace is significant. What does that mean? It signifies, it's a sick, it signifies, it's an indicator that there's a message here for you, that the art that the army of angels has a word, my God, from heaven, my God, for our lives. Come on, intercessor, jump in.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, it's it's it's significant, you know. It's it's it's a divine moment, a divine encounter with God. Hence why, you know, if you're tuned into the prophets in the land, right? Pretty much everybody is saying the same thing. You know, God is speaking, He's speaking loudly, He's speaking clearly, and He's saying the same thing over and over in various ways through different mouthpieces. Amen. You know, this is a divine moment, this is a divine encounter with God. And if you if you're tuned into the prophets in the land, you know, you hear words like unexpected, right? You hear words like suddenly, you know, because that is exactly the moment that we're in, the season that we're in. That very thing that you've been praying for for so many years is literally getting ready to happen. And though you've been praying for for so many years, your response to the manifestation of it is going to have you in such an awe, it's gonna have you stunned because it's going to happen suddenly, right? Right, you know, then again, God is speaking and he's saying the same thing over and over and over, but he's using the same identical words unexpected, right? Divine favor, divine opportunities, divine encounters, suddenly. Amen. The windows of heaven are open, people of God, and what God is doing in this season, and again, like you said, opening it up, the windows of heaven are open, and if we take our if we take our uh a look within and we see what's laid up within the windows of heaven with our prophetic eye, right? You know, it's mind-blowing what God is literally getting ready to do, and it's big, it's big, it's big, people of God. It is humongous what God is getting ready to do, and I'm gonna hand it back over to you, Doctor. If we uh study in scripture in the Bible, days of famine, days of famine, when the economies in the Bible were in grave conditions, who flourished, who prospered, who blossomed, who was raised up, who was elevated, who the people of God, the remnant. God always has a remnant in every generation, and he raises up the remnant in the most strange seasons of life.

SPEAKER_00:

My god, and you and you said repeatedly, you said repeatedly that God is repeating, he's saying it again and again and again. Why? Because he's a god of grace, right? His grace is sufficient, he wants us to catch it, he wants you to catch what he's saying, he wants you to catch it in this season, catch the wind that's blowing, catch the blessing that's falling, catch the miracle that's coming, catch it, receive it, receive the prophets. Oh, receive it, receive this word, significant step. This is a significant moment, a major time in your life, a monumental. When we look at that word monumental, this is a reminder. That word means to remind, to bring back to memory, to cause one to remember, to oh my god, to bring up that thing that God spoke, to bring up that vision, to bring up of that thing that God called you to. That some of us have laid on the shelf, some of us have pushed back, have put it on the back burner. Some of us God has spoken, and you're not acting upon what God has spoken, and you're seeing it here, here and there in the land. You see other people producing what God gave you first, right? My God. So uh this is a limited opportune moment. Receive God's unearned, undeserved, unmerited favor that He is pouring out, my God, of the windows of heaven, my God. This is for us to be able to accomplish the task that God has anointed us to accomplish. My God, this is a word to remind you to go back to revisit. My God, come on, come on, jump in.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, this is the time to plant. This is the season to plant. You don't hear us, people of God. This is the season to plant. Again, going back to when we study the various economies in in you know biblical history, you know, when it was the days of famine, when it was poverty conditions, right? Who flourished, the people of God who were tuned in, who heard the prophets and received what the prophets' reward. This is the day, this is the season to plant, to plant the businesses, to plant the ministries, to launch out, plant and get in there. Get it, get in so you can, you know, bring it in. Get in so you can bring it in, get in so you can bring it in. And as you were speaking, even when we were opening up, I was hearing a word, just one word, distraction. I was hearing one word, distraction. This isn't the time to be distracted, people of God. This isn't the time to be distracted. This isn't the time to get caught up with distraction. Why the the spirit of distraction has ramped up. The spirit of distraction has ramped up. Why? Because of the season that we are in. The devil knows if he can distract us, he has us, he can keep us back from what God is doing in this hour, hence why God is speaking so loudly, right? He's speaking loudly to drown out that spirit of distraction that is trying to captivate and and you know and and uh move the people of God in various directions, you know? So this is not the time, it's never the time to be distracted, but even more so when the windows of heaven are opened up, it's not the time to get caught up with the distractions of the world, with the distractions of our flesh, right?

SPEAKER_00:

And this is what I heard. So you're speaking on distraction. Um, I heard this pour out of yourself so he can pour in. Right, pour out so he can pour in. Empty yourself of the distractions of the stuff, of the chaos, of the confusion, of the drama. Uh, empty yourself, pour out, pour out before God, pour out, cry out. My God, give out, be sold out so he can pour into you. So here's your moment. This window is access to God's blessing on your life, access to God's empowerment to do what God has called you to do, to do what God has chosen you to do, access to God's vision, the vision that God has given you. And remember, there's a word, my God, never give more time to someone else's vision than you're willing to give to the vision God has given you. So you have access. This window is about having access to the wisdom of God so that you can move forward. God is speaking very clearly, very specifically, uh, regarding your capacity, regarding your ability. And so here's a word, a reminder again, monumental, very significant step. Don't forget the promise. Don't forget what God told you, don't forget what God has shown you. Don't forget, my God, this is a time to act, to do, oh my God, what you couldn't do before. The window was closed. When the windows closed, it's hard to act, it's hard to do, it's hard to maneuver. How can we maneuver? How can we go through? How can we break through when the windows close? But the windows open uh to allow us the ability, the capacity to do what we previously could not do, what was previously impossible to do. So, this is a word to re to prompt you to revisit what God has called you to. It's time to go higher, it's time to go deeper. My God, come on, intercessor, as we get ready to close.

SPEAKER_01:

Amen. And you know, the way to respond to distraction, uh people of God is to focus on the vision. So the way to respond to distraction is to focus on the vision. And some of you right now, even tuning in on this evening, right? You've never written out your vision. You have all these dreams, you have all these ideas. You know, you know, the old folks used to say, probably still do say, you know, we know in our nowhere. You know in your nowhere that God has called you to greatness, he's called you to do, you know, some uh phenomenal, monumental things. You know that you you you have grown up, you know, always feeling different, always feeling as if you didn't even fit in, even fit in with your family, right? That's God speaking to you. That's God letting you know that you are called, you are called. There's greatness in you, but you have yet to write the vision. You say you don't even know how to write a vision, you've never written a vision. Just sit down, pull out your phone, pull out some paper, pull out a pen, whatever device you want to use, just pull it out and let the Holy Spirit lead and direct you because you don't know. God knows, He knows what He's called you to do, He knows what He's appointed you to do, He knows what He's anointed you to do, He knows this is the season for you to do, and He knows that you're ready to plant, but you don't know how to plant and what to plant and where to plant. So just give the device before you and prepare yourself to write the vision and focus on that vision, drown out the distraction, people of God, with the vision that God has given you. And again, as we prepare to close, this is the season. The windows of heaven are opened up. Plant, plant, plant, and watch God grow that thing.

SPEAKER_00:

Right, amen. Plant and watch God grow it. Uh, you can write the vision and make it plain because God is speaking with clarity, therefore, your vision will be clear, it will be plain. And then when others see it, my God, they'll run with it. So here's the word act upon this moment. Don't allow this time, don't allow this window of opportunity to close. I hear God. He's saying, act now, act now, and here again as a reminder: the facts about who you truly are, how great you are, how powerful you are, how unique you are, how special you are, how amazing you are, how phenomenal you are, how smart, how brilliant. Oh my god, you truly are.

SPEAKER_01:

You want to jump in on that? Oh, yeah, absolutely. Smart, brilliant, amazing. You know, rehearse, rehearse these truths about yourself. Rehearse these truths about yourself, you know. Get in the word and find out what God says about you, right? You know, the all the criticisms that have been spoken in your life and over your life. Guess what? That's been the voice of the enemy. God doesn't even talk like that. That language, those words, they don't even exist within the kingdom of God. So if it doesn't exist within the kingdom of God, if it's not the character of God, then who is it? It's the voice of the enemy. It doesn't matter what mouthpiece is saying it, it doesn't matter the title of the one saying it in your life. If it does, if it's not the character of God, if it does not align with the word of God, then it is of the enemy. It doesn't matter who it is, people of God. So let it be in one ear and out the other. Rehearse who God says you are. God says you're anointed, God says you are courageous, God says you are strong, God says you are loved, God says you are wise, God says you are smart, God says wonderful things about you because God breathed his breath into you, and God doesn't breathe his breath into us and to leave us out here just trying to figure it out. He breathes his breath into us so he can lead and guide us. Let's tap in and be led by the Lord to greatness because you are great.

SPEAKER_00:

That's it. Accept the assignment, accept the assignment. The postpone has been long enough. No more delay. Don't miss this opportunity. Peace be to you, peace be to your house, and peace be to all you have.
