From Koa To Power For Wealth

Last week we shared on uh the ancient Hebrew word Koa. Koa, which is translated also as power. Our focus was Deuteronomy 818, where uh the scripture text speaks to us that we are to remember it is the Lord God who has given us the power or the koa to obtain, to get, to have, to have access to wealth. Um, and so today we want to discuss with you just for a few moments mastering the art of living. Mastering the art of living. If we were to tell you and share with you this evening that in order to master the art of living, we think the word master, it seems like, oh, it's difficult, or I have to be proficient, I have to, you know, go to school, I have to, you know, become this whiz on how to live. Well, it mastering the art of living uh is according to what God expects of us. So if we can tap into God's expectation and what God desires from us, then we can indeed master the art of living. Good evening, everyone. Welcome to another uh dynamic prophetic episode of Sweet Fire the Podcast. Definitely looking forward to talking about mastering the art of living, mastering the art of living. This one should be a good one, right?

It should be a good one when we talk about mastering the art, the art of living, the art of living, the life that we were designed to live, mastering the art of living, uh, what God wants, what he desires, what he has planned and purposed for our lives. There is a blueprint um that uh we should all have a heart or desire uh to understand, to seek after, to go after that blueprint um to get a vision of what God has already orchestrated. We've talked about this before in the heavens. He's pinned it in the heavens, he's authored it in the heavens, and he's given it to us. We are equipped to uh make manifest in the earth what God has penned in the heavens regarding our lives. So we want to understand that mastering the art of living again is according to God's expectation. He said, if you delight yourselves in me, I'll give you the desires of your heart. That's when uh his desires become our desires, that's when uh his plan becomes our plan, that's when his vision becomes our vision, uh, when his hope for us becomes our hope. And so uh, can you jump in on that intercessor and just feed off of that a little bit? That thought.

Blueprint: Heaven’s Plan On Earth

Yeah, mastering. That's the uh the key word, mastering, right? To master something, to master a thing means that we have to be good stewards, right? We have to be good students, we have to study, we have to apply ourselves. And anytime we apply ourselves to God's purpose for our life, anytime we apply ourselves to God's will for our life, anytime we apply ourselves to what God says about our life, about our living, and we, you know, um walk out those principles. We we study those principles, we humble ourselves under the mighty hand of God to hear from him, um, so that we are carefully, you know, walking out what he has uh said about our lives, that we are carefully, carefully walking out, you know, what he has given us because God gives us the blueprint. You know, God gives us the blueprint uh for his will for our life. God gives us the blueprint for that skill set. God gives us the blueprint for that gift, God gives us the blueprint for that talent. We have to become the good stewards. We have to be willing to apply God's principles to what he says. You know, we we cannot be wanting to do it our way and then think that God's gonna uh uh bless us, right? Indeed, and enlarge our territory. We have to truly humble ourselves and and and do it uh according to God's will, do it how God wants it to be done. And when we do that, when we're obedient, you know, in that way, then we become masters of that thing.

Stewardship, Skill, And Obedience

We become masters of it. That's it. It's uh the master uh to master the art of living is is skill, having skill in living, a skill, something that you uh learn to do well when you're skilled at something that's you have the knowledge, you have the understanding, you execute with wisdom. So skill in living, and then understanding too that we all have a place in leadership. And so we have the ability because of how we've been crafted, uh, how we've been formed, shaped, um, created, uh, the design, our makeup, how God has shaped us. God has given us leadership, the leadership over our own uh over our own gifting, what he's gifted us to do, what he's uh created us to do, our talents, our ability, our capacity, our ability, our capacity. And with our ability and our capacity comes responsibility. That's where that leadership, we have the leadership. So if we take the lead and doing what God put on us, if we take the lead and moving out in what God placed in us, oh then my God, we'll master the art of living. It's called divine empowerment. Divine empowerment. Again, when we look at that word divine, when we hear the word divine, when we speak the word divine, we're really saying that it comes directly from God, directly from heaven. So divine empowerment to give us the power, the wherewithal, uh uh, the strength uh to accomplish. See, God gives us the power, the koa, again, that ancient Hebrew uh uh term, the koa to get wealth, to get wealth, to live a prosperous life, to live a victorious life, to live uh a life of abundance. He gives us the koa uh to obtain that, but it comes through um uh it comes through an act. We have to act upon what God has given us. We have to act upon what God has placed in us, we have to act and execute, and it takes us uh the actions of of our skill. We have to obtain it, it takes action to obtain it, but it is through our skill, again, through our skill, through our knowledge, through our understanding, uh, through our wherewithal, effort. I mean, get up and do it. We have thoughts, we have ideas, but we have to turn those ideas into vision. An idea is not really vision unless we execute and put together the team to make it happen. Everybody has a part. So, our skill, our effort, and again, the wisdom of God that He has endowed us with.

Yeah. Um, uh uh that's excellent what you said. Uh, it it, you know, everybody needs somebody. Everybody needs somebody, even you know, with mastering the art of living, right? And you know, you touched on uh uh uh leadership, right? That the thing that God has, you know, given us to do, right? He is uh entrusted us to lead in that in that thing, in that capacity, in that vein, in that area of our life, coupled with that, you know, uh mentors, right? Mentors because we because God has entrusted us with the vision, he has entrusted us with the skill, he has entrusted us with the gift, he has entrusted us with the talent, and we are to lead, we are to lead over that thing that God has entrusted us with. But guess what? Many of us, it it's new to us. It's new to us. There's already somebody who is operating, you know, in that vein, in that area, in that life, in that area of their life, excuse me. And God will bring them into our lives to mentor us, to show us, you know, how to apply that skill set, to show us, you know, how to master that art of living, right? So with you know, a good leader knows how to serve, a good leader knows how to be taught, a good leader knows how to receive, you know, uh uh what is it, um uh uh constructive criticism, right? A good leader knows how to, you know, humble themselves and to receive from those who are more experienced, right? Because God, you know, he's not gonna bring people into our lives to hurt us, he's bringing people into our lives to pour into us to help equip us, right, to be good uh leaders, good stewards so that we can master the art of living in that area that he has called us to. So, yes, we are leaders, you know, but let's also uh keep our eyes open to see the mentors that God sends our way to help us master the art of living.

Leadership, Capacity, And Responsibility

Right, right. Uh I was really thinking on that yesterday. Uh, you know, when we when we seek counsel, wise counsel, the word uh that we our answer that we are seeking for to a question that we may have, uh the words are established through wise counsel. And so I like that also where you talk about being a good steward, uh caring for what God has given us, uh, nurturing what God has given us, taking time uh out with what God has given us to uh develop what God has given us. Another thing that is so significant as we uh get ready to close is that we can have the power, um, but not necessarily the authority to operate in the power. Right. And so when it comes directly from God, I mean this is divine empowerment. Not only is he giving us the koa, the power, but he's given us the authority to operate in what he's called us to.

Yeah, absolutely. That absolutely, you know, he he's given us the authority.

He's given us the power and the authority to execute. Yeah, amen. He's given us the power, almost said amen. Well, it's okay to say amen. He's given us the power and the authority to execute, absolutely. Yes, the power and the authority to execute. So we have a question for you on this evening as we are preparing to close. What is it that God has called you to? What is it that God has called you to? What place in life has God called you to? You know, we are here uh uh on an assignment to awaken, to awaken many of you to gifts that you don't even realize that you have. But God is calling you in this season, in this hour, in this year, you know, to put into action what He has called you to? What is it that you are so skilled in? What area in life do you just are you just so passionate about? Whenever you hear about hair, do you see different hair styles that you can give to someone? Do you see different cuts that you can apply to somebody's hair? But yet you're not operating in that area. If that be you on this evening, that's that's something that God has skilled you in. You are specialized in that area, and God wants you to awaken to that. He wants you to awaken to the vision, he wants you to start, you know, learning how to master that because he's called you to lead in that area of your life.

Calling you to lead, leader. He's calling you to lead. You're a leader. God has given and granted to you uh that place, that position, that posture uh in the kingdom, in the earth. And so um we uh are really enjoying this uh this portion and this part, this segment of of this series next level. Um, and we're going to continue in uh the power to get wealth next week, but we'll be focusing on spiritual spending. Looking forward to sharing with you on spiritual spending.
