It is time to let go of what dims your light and live radiant.

Now, before we dive fully in today, I wanna take a moment to acknowledge something. If you've been following Live [00:01:00] Radiant for a while, you may have noticed it's been a little quiet over here the last month. That silence wasn't accidental. It also was not planned. I've been deeply immersed in the work that I'm about to share with you.

The next evolution of what it means to lead, and live in alignment with the greater rhythm and live lunar. I took time away from recording so that I could fully embody these shifts before I spoke about them.

I've been building all new foundations and refining the vision, and I'm preparing to lead at a level that matches the future that we are stepping into. And I want you to come with me. So today's conversation marks the beginning of that next chapter, that next era, not just for this podcast, but for everything that I'm here to build and serve through.

And I'm really just so honored that you are here for it.

[00:02:00] Welcome to Live Radiant. I'm your host and guide Ava in this space, , we explore a different way of living, leading, and succeeding. One that honors natural rhythms, nourishes our nervous systems, and restores trust in divine timing and the process of life. Today. We are having a conversation about lunar business leadership and what that is and why the future of success isn't about doing more, pushing harder, or staying constantly on.

It's about remembering how to move in rhythm with life itself.

For most of my professional life, I lived according to all the invisible rules that almost everybody I knew was following. Just always producing, always chasing, what's the next [00:03:00] goal? The whole, if you're not growing, you're dying. It didn't matter if I was tired, unmotivated, uninspired, completely disconnected from myself.

The expectation was. Stay active, stay ahead, be visible, and all the different career paths that I've gone down. Each one, I started out thinking that I was really building a foundation and I was creating success for myself. And what I really was building was chronic nervous system dysregulation and chronic pain and inflammation in my body.

I found myself just increasingly exhausted, increasingly detached and ironically, despite all the effort, just really out of alignment with true success.

And it wasn't until. I began [00:04:00] tuning into the natural timing lunar timing, which is encoded into our biology, these, the lunar rhythms that have guided life on our planet for millennia that I, I realized like the earth never rushes the seasons right? The moon doesn't apologize for having phases, for not always being full Moon.

So why had we all been taught that we should, why do we think we have to apologize or justify having phases?

And before we go any deeper, I just, I wanna be really clear about something. There's something that I'm seeing a lot of, and that's the, pressure or push in the direction of , if you're not happy at your work or your job. You gotta start your own business.

Everyone's gotta do their own [00:05:00] thing. We can't trust the corporations and it'll be the only way that you can be fulfilled in your work. And while there are. Jobs that need to be left, , and companies that, that probably do just need to come down entirely, be dismantled. I, I don't believe that everybody needs to become an entrepreneur.

I don't believe that every single person needs to have a personal brand and a website, and. I, I just don't think that's going to fix the problem that we're having, right? Like entrepreneurs are a unique type of human. They are their own design. It is a small percentage of our population that's meant to be an entrepreneur.

If true entrepreneurship is your soul's path, that's beautiful. But for many, the real issue is not that you're meant to leave everything behind, you [00:06:00] might actually be much more fulfilled. In a job where you get to lead in alignment, right? The real issue is the linear, extractive, hyper-masculine business model that you're trying to survive inside of.

It's not you , that's the issue. It's the business model. So lunar business leadership offers a different way to go about working, operating, leading. Inside of these corporate containers in an effort to create a ripple effect through the entire global world of business. So it's not just for entrepreneurs, it actually has more specific actions to take for leaders inside corporations, nonprofits.

Even I would put startups in there, legacy companies. So [00:07:00] it's for future executives who are, are rebuilding industries from the inside out because lunar leadership can and must be integrated everywhere that real changes needed.

So what is Lunar business leadership? , it's a return to the natural law inside the structure of business and leadership.

It's the conscious decision to align strategies, timelines, creations, collaborations with the cyclical intelligence that already governs all of life.

So it's not about doing less, it's about doing it in rhythm instead of in resistance. So we'll break it down. [00:08:00] I break it down into three core principles. So the first principle, business and rhythm, not resistance. Most businesses and most leaders are running on linear models that ignore all of the natural needs, like contraction, rest, reflection, reseeding.

In. In these traditional systems, everything is expected to be up and to the right all the time. Constant launching constant output, constant urgency. But human beings and organizations, because a lot of organizations actually have a life of their own, a spirit of their own, and they are cyclical. We're all cyclical.

Trying to force constant growth without periods of rest, doesn't create resilience. It creates collapse, which is what's happening right [00:09:00] now.

When we align our efforts, whether it's a product launch, a new initiative or a career pivot, with natural lunar phases and energetic cycles. You stop fighting the tides and you move with them. You're okay to move forward, move forward, move forward, and also pull back a little. Pull back a little because you know that there's an ebb and a flow. And in doing this, you unlock sustainable growth. Sustainable growth that nourishes rather than drains,

that's life supporting rather than life depleting. The second principle is leading from resonance, not reaction. One of the biggest breakdowns I see in leadership today is reaction, reacting to the quarterly numbers, reacting to industry shifts, reacting to threats on tariffs. [00:10:00] Reacting to the pressure to stay constantly visible and productive and be better than the next one.

True leadership, lunar leadership. It's about resonance moving because something is aligned and ready. Not because you're afraid of missing out, not because you're afraid that if you don't get there first, then you won't win.

This creates. Leadership that is steady, magnetic, trustworthy, and over time undeniably and inevitably successful. So when you lead from resonance, not reaction, you're not chasing validation, you timing your positioning, whatever is being offered, they naturally attract the right people and opportunities.

And the third principle is stewardship, [00:11:00] not sacrifice. So the final principle, sacred stewardship, lunar leaders are not martyrs, not doing that. You are not here to sacrifice your health, your family, or your humanity on the altar of productivity. We'll say that again. You are not here to sacrifice your health, your family, or your humanity on the altar of productivity.

You are here to steward the work entrusted to you with wisdom, with discernment, and with an understanding that contraction is not failure.

You are here to steward the work that was entrusted to you when you were born,

every wave recedes before it rises higher Every winter, [00:12:00] seeds the next spring. Every quiet period, every integration season is necessary for true and sustainable growth and stewardship means honoring these invisible seasons.

Not just the visible wins.

So lunar business leadership, it's not just an alternative model, it's the future of business, the future of leadership. It's, it's a, it's a light that can be e inserted or implemented into existing systems that are open to receive this kind of transmission. And open to change in progress in the direction of higher consciousness.

And those who master this way of moving will not only create sustainable success for themselves, [00:13:00] their business, or the business that they work within, they will rebuild entire industries. If you become a lunar business leader. You are becoming the architect of a new era where growth doesn't require any extraction, and leadership does not require burnout.

We are at a pivotal moment in history, and I think a lot of us know this. We've been hearing it from a few different sources. We can see it with our own eyes. We're in a pivotal moment in, in humanity, in history, where these old structures that were built on force, endless growth, extraction, exhaustion, all of those lower energies are, they're all collapsing [00:14:00] under their own weight because they weren't built sustainably, they weren't made to last because they're out of harmony with their natural environment.

Including the people who operate them. We are part of the natural environment because we're natural beings.

So the world is looking for something new and not just a new theory, not just in branding, but how we actually live and work and build and lead, and those who choose to. Move in rhythm with life rather than against it. Those who choose to lead from resonance instead of reaction, and those who choose stewardship over sacrifice and they understand the difference will be the ones who not only survive this transition but shape the world that comes next.

Lunar business leadership is a return to [00:15:00] natural intelligence. It's an honoring. Of the wisdom that created all of us. It's a return to sustainable creativity. It's a return to leadership that honors life has a reverence for all of life, not just the bottom line. So whether you are an entrepreneur, you're a CEO, you're a creative you're a project manager, you are a teacher.

You are a insert job here. Really anything. Someone quietly dreaming of doing things differently inside your organization. You are needed and you're not behind. You're right on time.

So I thank you for being here with me today. And if this conversation resonated [00:16:00] with you, with something that you've been quietly carrying, stay close because I will be sharing a lot more in the coming weeks about lunar business leadership, sustainable success, and how you can embody this new way, not just for yourself and your own benefit, but for the generations and industries that will follow you.

Because the tides are turning and the leaders of tomorrow are moving differently today. Until next time, move with rhythm. Move with radiance, and move with remembrance.
