KASHISH SANDHU's Podcast
Parenting isn’t a destination — it’s a lifelong journey.
It doesn't come with a manual, and it definitely doesn't end when your child turns 18.
But here’s what I’ve learned:
The more we work on ourselves, the less we need to “fix” in our children.
When we raise ourselves — our awareness, patience, and emotional strength — we naturally raise better, more connected kids.
That’s why I created the Powerful Parent Podcast — a space where I share real, raw stories from my own parenting journey, along with simple, actionable techniques that you can start using today.
My hope is that these episodes become your weekly dose of support, clarity, and gentle reminders that you’re not alone — and you’re doing better than you think.
Let’s grow together, one story at a time. 💛

Relatable Parenting Struggles: Navigating Daily Challenges.
Three Mindful Shifts You Can Try:--
Let me share 3 small shifts you can try today — to make daily struggles feel lighter:
1. Shift from “fixing” to “feeling.”
Instead of solving every problem your teen shares, try saying,
"That sounds really tough. Want to talk more about it?"
Validation builds trust.
2. Shift from “what they’re doing” to “what they’re needing.”
If they’re yelling, maybe they need attention.
If they’re ignoring you, maybe they need space.
Ask yourself — what’s beneath the behavior?
3. Shift from “I’m the parent, I should know it all” to “We’re learning together.”
There’s no shame in saying,
"Hey, I don’t have all the answers. But I love you, and I’m here for you."
