Your teen is in a phase where they are trying to figure out:
🧠 Who am I?
💬 What do I believe?
💡 What makes me different?
Their self-identity is being shaped by experiences at home, school, with peers — and especially by how we as parents respond to them.
Whether your child grows up feeling confident or constantly second-guessing themselves depends a lot on what happens inside the four walls of your home.”
