Anger is a natural part of life—but what we do with that anger matters. In this message, Pastor Frank looks at Ephesians 4 and the biblical command to “be angry, and sin not.”

Through Scripture and practical examples, Frank examines the difference between righteous anger and anger that gives place to the devil. He challenges Christians to be slow to speak, slow to wrath, quick to forgive, and willing to let the Holy Spirit guide their reactions.

In a world filled with anger, bitterness, arguments, and division, believers are called to respond differently. Rather than allowing anger to control us, we can take it to the Lord in prayer, show grace and mercy, and let others see Christ through the way we handle difficult situations.
