Our three hosts Liana, Laura and Jennifer are passionate about bringing awareness, hope and resources to those who may be hurting or have a loved one in crisis. Their own, very different life experiences and years of recovery work has revealed the importance of tough conversations, through laughter, love and tears.

I'm Liana and I am grateful to be part of this opportunity to facilitate meaningful conversations and provide tools for healing, love and hope. As a single mom of three and a salon owner, I've had the privilege of having open and honest conversations with my clients, which has led to a small ministry in my salon. My own struggles with brokenness, feelings of unworthiness and insecurity, led to addictions and broken relationships. I have found healing through a 12 step faith based recovery program. This journey has enabled me to help others feel heard, loved and valued and I am passionate about continuing this work. #healing #love #hope
