Our three hosts Liana, Laura and Jennifer are passionate about bringing awareness, hope and resources to those who may be hurting or have a loved one in crisis. Their own, very different life experiences and years of recovery work has revealed the importance of tough conversations, through laughter, love and tears.

Hi my name is Laura and I am so excited to be a part of this show! Did you know that if one person is brave enough to open up about their struggles there is a greater chance that the person they are sharing with will open up too? And that my friends is what we are all about.
One of my favorite quotes is: "Mountain tops are for views and inspiration, but fruit is grown in the valleys."
A few years ago my life had gotten to a point where I felt like I was drowning and hopeless. The valleys I had to walk through included illness, depression, suicidal ideation, addiction, loss and a grief journey that I still conrinue to walk through daily. But my friends, my mountaintop views are filled with something beautiful, it is of Hope and Perseverance.
And We want to share that with YOU!
