Heather MacDougall, JD, CSP, has 3 decades of experience in workplace health and safety that includes serving as Chair, U.S. Occupational Safety & Health Review Commission (OSHRC); VP, Amazon, Worldwide Workplace Health and Safety; and an equity partner of an AmLaw 10 firm. ​Heather is a widely respected expert within the health and safety community, as evidenced by being a twice presidentially appointed, by both President Donald Trump and President Barack Obama, and unanimously confirmed in the Senate.  In her role at Amazon, Heather oversaw health and safety initiatives at the crucial time of the COVID-19 pandemic alongside significant workforce growth. She achieved notable safety improvements at Amazon’s facilities and in its transportation network. She is passionate about helping organizations continually improve workplace safety and elevating the profession and its leaders who share the commitment to safety and operational excellence.
